Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have a good interest in the tourism and travel management sector. The faculty-to-student ratio would be approximately 1:80. Faculty is well-qualified and the teaching method is also good. Exams are taken timely and are easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
We have to do a mandatory 45 days internship after our 4th semester. The students can choose their company by themselves or they have a choice that college will provide them internship if they are failed to find any internship.
Placement Experience
Students from last semester become eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Deloitte visit the BBA department and make various offers to the students. The average package for BBA is around 300000 and the highest package this year was 11 lpa. Almost every student gets placed
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very decent compared to other private colleges. Out college costs approx 50,000 per semester for BBA as compared to others costing around 80,000 or more for the same course. Also, there is a very good chance to gain a scholarship by giving a scholarship test during your admission. The good side is they will guide you through the overall process during the admission
Campus Life
Every year there is a CU fest in which many singers and Bollywood actors actresses come. Life on campus is very good as there is an event almost every day. The library is also good as it contains many books. Classrooms are now being air-conditioned that's a good part
Hostel Facilities
The hostel room has an almirah, a single bed for each student, a study table and chair for each, a balcony, ac vents, a lift facility and an unlimited WiFi facility. The meal quality of the mess is good. Hostels are affordable but are given on a first come first serve basis as most of the students prefer hostels and they don't have enough rooms so that all the students who opt for the hostel can get it.
Admission
Eligibility of course is scoring more than 45% in your class 12th board exams. Application forms, fees and dates are available on the official website of Chandigarh University. You can easily get it on Google.
