Course Curriculum Overview

I chose my course because I want to become an AI engineer I think there is more scope in ai than in other fields. Faculty have done their Ph.D. and are well qualified to be professors the term exam is between 4 to 6 months.

It's very costly to study here the fees is high for a middle-class family there are no scholarships yes we can get a job on campus they have to tie up with a company which everyone know it gives the student a big opportunity to be successful.

Campus Life

The annual fest is very famous for our college in my city the tech fest is very interesting and full of opportunities to showcase our talents there are big opportunities for sports grounds for various games.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities are good the hostel food is also good every week the food inspector comes and checks the kitchen and hygiene work registration is very easy but fees are high than pg those who can afford can have Good facilities.

Admission

12th pass is the eligible for the course you can find the application form on the website of Sandip University there are no benefits for reservations everyone is equally treated yes the University should take the entrance exam for admission.

PES College of Engineering: Overview of the college

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

A True Review

Likes

The professors at the college were always available for any doubt clearances or any other help
College also offered courses free of cost of latest technologies
The college supported students in taking part in any paper conference or hackathon

Dislikes

Conduction of technical events was comparatively less
The was alumni connection was not available through college
The infrastructure could be improved more

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Likes

Dkte is best for practical knowledge because of its pilot plants which are having machineries with good working conditions
Highly skilled faculties with excellent experience of industrial as well as teaching sector
There are many facilities like idea lab and other testing labs are available which helps students in there project related and research related work

Dislikes

College timing is more as compared to other Colleges
Extra curricular activities and annual events are not upto the marks as compared to other colleges
Canteen facilities for breakfast, lunch, dinner are not that good

Placement Experience:

Students are getting eligible in 6 semester for campus placement Companies like Trident , Arvind Ltd, epic group ,uniclo, vardhaman textile ,dyester ,Aditya Birla knits, Aditya Birla fashion retail, reliance, OCM ,donear etc are visiting and offering jobs ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum Highest salary job is given by companies like Trident and epic group the salary is ranging between 18 -19 lakhs 100 % of students are getting placed every year

A relational Day at a SANDIP UNIVERSITY

It was my decision from the beginning that after completing science in 12th, I would do B.Sc. Computer Science and AI.On this basis, I was searching the internet for where to find AI streams in the entire Nashik. This course was offered at only three locations in the entire Nashik city.The first college is Sandeep University, the second college is KK Wagh Engineering College and the third college is Matoshree College. Since I took admission in 2022, their criteria were definitely different. After giving the CET exam, I scored 85% and I started looking for colleges based on that. When I first went to college, the college refused to give me admission even though I scored 85% marks. On the contrary, they are prepared to take a donation of Rs 10 lakh and keep it on waiting list, which is a very wrong approach. The second college, Matoshree College, also demanded a donation of two lakh rupees, so I refused there too. And the last college, Sandeep University, is run completely on a max basis without any kind of donation method and admission is given there after understanding the situation of the students.Sure enough, when I went there, all the faculties verified my marks and suggested me the BSc Computer Science AIML course. And immediately started preparing for admission by explaining the admission process.First of all, the required documents were prepared, then the parents were accompanied and the entire rules of the college were explained. You are completely guided through the admission process. First, you are given a form in which you have to fill in your previous details. After that, all the original documents are collected and their xerox copies are delivered to you. It initially demands an admission fee of ten thousand rupees, which is much lower than other colleges and is also reasonable. Journey at Sandip University: A complete review

I chose Sandip University because it offered a combination of modern infrastructure, diverse programs and good placement achievements, which matched my academic and career goals. I am pursuing my B.Tech second year in Sandip University Nashik.The Eligibility of this course is Intermediate education or 12th board certificate.I have found the application form in this university only.My application fee was 10,000 rupees and I have took admission August 2023.There is no reservation for me in this University. If you are from other state then you get direct admission with package no exam required. No I didn't applied for other colleges because after completing my education in intermediate my father took admission in this college and I joined in this college . I also asked my seniors about this college they said it is a good college with better placement . No didn't get any rejection because I'didnt applied for other colleges I got admission in this college.
