Remarks

Atmosphere is good . College is surrounded by tress and other greenrjes. And it's very near to Infosys (1km). The university which our college follows is very poor . They have a bad track record too . That should be changed

Entrance Preview

CET. 40k rank Only reason I choose this college because all of my friends had joined there .all my friends had plans to join here I had no plans to join. Later i didn't want to study alone so I did.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course structure is quite good . But now a days education is based on completion of syllabus and exams . They hardly give any importance to any other things . Research is something which we can dream off . Out of contest . If at all we want to do research. We cannot because if we did , we won't be able to clear the subjects .

Internships Opportunities

Well, I don't know completely how many companies come to our college , but there are significant no of em . In general There will be a aptitude test followed by one more core test . Which will he followed by a interview and you're placed

Placement Experience

3

Well, to be honest I don't know how many companies are coming or came . I'm still in 2nd year . As far as I know there are quite a number of companies visit us and getting placed ( judging by the poster outside our college of students who got placed )

College Events

4

College celebration is one heck of a day . Preparations will be begun months back . Third year students will arrange farewell for 4th year students on this days . Lost of cultural programs will be happening on this day. And lost of events finals will be happening.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Well , fee structure is moderate compared to other colleges in surroundings.40k tuition fee per semester and around 80 for management students . Fee is very flexible like air fare . Early bird wins the bread. Same applys here . Early ones will be having price cut

Fees and Financial Aid

Yep . Not the college but govt provides for minorities. They provide around 25k per year to a student most of the case and college helps a lot on these cases . They even help us getting loans from banks

Campus Life

4

Well , in engineering gender ratio has huge contrast. In mech engineering there will be no or few women's compared to male counterparts. Can say around 50:1. But In IS or CS there will be more women's over men. So it cannot be taken as general .there are units for sports but you'll miss valuable classes . Same applies to extracurricular activities. Labs are available but not time to use.

Hostel Facilities

4

Food in hostel mess is ok . Not that good I must say . They try to do different foods to win the hearts of students but they always loose . Few times students even had to suffer from food poisoning. There was a huge protest regarding that too.

Alumni/Alumna

Few seniors are well helpful and friendly. But most of them have act like a senior / someone who is too ended to us. Ragging happens. No much idea about alumni

Exam Structure

Well engineering is filled with Exams . In a semester there are 6 theory finals and 2 lab finals + 24 college exams in total 48 exams in a year . ( minimum ). Which means one exam in within 7 days for a whole year .by that you might have a Idea about the the exams . It's quite exausting to write all that . No time to do so any other things

Admission

Admission was quite simple . I had not even taken my parents to college. I just showed my enterance marks and They arranged a interview with my me . They asked few questions. Answered all those . Had a stroll around the campus and taada I was placed

Faculty

4

Well , facilities are quite qualified, I must say .but the problem is they are " programmed " to teach what's there in text book . If at all they have interest to teach . They won't waste their time as portions are very vast to cover is short period of time

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.
