Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum in the college is there with full of facilities. I choose the electrical and electronics engineering course because I'm interested in electrical parts. The ratio of students and faculty would be 2:10. The faculty should complete their M.tech.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies will provide internships with stipends like bosch, cognizant and Accenture. We did the mini and final-year projects with the outcomes. The faculty also helped us to get the final year projects.

Placement Experience

The college provides good placements at the start of the final year with an average of 5 placements. From the start of the final year, students can able to attend the placements. Nearly 50 companies are visited in the final year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for the course is not the same for all courses. It would vary. The student can apply for the scholarship in the admin offices. The college provides good placement for the students. I have selected in the bosch. Global technologies with a stipend of 25000.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is too good. They're will be an annual fest at the month end of March work full of fun and happiness. There will be nearly 100000 books for the students. The college provides a free seat for sports quota students.

Admission

Should complete +2 with 80 percent. We can find the application form, application fees, and dates at the admin office or on the college website. If the student is from SC and ST they can apply for a scholarship. The entire process for admission happens in the admin office.

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

I applied to Chennai Institute of technology where the fee structure was enormously high. Ehere as the SRM valliammai has good infrastructure and also the fee was reasonable. No, i didn't get rejection from Chennai Institute of technology. But i got impressed when i went for visiting SRM valliammai as one of my college hunt. SRM valliammai offers both government quota and also admission directly to the college. I went through government quota. So to apply SRM on should be completed 12th grade with reasonable percentage.
