- Actually College is large and big,it necessary to need a two wheeler to go here and there
- In some blocks lifts won't be available,it difficult to shift classes and during summer you can't imagine the wet
- In our canteen the cost of items are Little bit costly and taste is not excellent but its ok, quantity is more for any meals
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm passionate about coding and how its works, I chose CSE, in college faculty is pretty well they are friendly they teach very well. if you want to learn faculty supports you in many ways even off limits. all faculty are qualified. for any sem, the first 2 weeks are free to relax after that weekly mids will happen quizzes, within 3 months sem completes, about passing don't even think of it. It's very easy 70 % are from internals. 30% are external exams without opening the Book and only listening to the classes, you can easily pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure at GITAM varies depending on the course, program, and location. However, in general, the fees for undergraduate courses are around INR 1 lakh per year, and the fees for postgraduate courses are around INR 2 lakh per year. For engineering around INR 3 Lakh. Yearly 2000 to 3000 people get jobs commonly from TCS and Wipro, rarely from IBM, and few people get high pay jobs in Amazon and Google like 50 laks package and more.
Campus Life
Campus life is just amazing, I'm from the Visakhapatnam campus, near the beach nice location area, and on campus, you have every facility, every week they conduct fests, Sankranti fest, shore fest, and more, about the library, you can find books related to your courses, behind that some stories books too, I didn't spend much time in the library, And in college, you can join so many clubs, chess club, singing club, dancing club, or tech club, or you can create one club, you can find GitHub which is run by students.
Admission
You need to write the entrance exam (GAT) and get a 10k rank below to get b-techCSE course seats If you get below 3k if will have a concession of 15% and 25% for below 1k rank They also give concessions on emcet too like 5k below rank. You can find their application form on their gitam website in the browser there you can apply online.
