Course Curriculum Overview
It was my dream to be a mechanical engineer since I was a child. I started my passion to be a mechanical engineer. There are about 250 students for our branch and about 25 faculty were there the ratio is of 10:1.All faculty staff completed their Ph.D. It is a fantastic teaching staff with good teaching skills and had the best experience to teach. It is 4 and half month time duration for every semester. Exams are two internals and one ESA for every course and it is easy to pass exams with good preparation.
Placement Experience
There are about a hundred companies visiting our college including Mercedes Benz, Bosch, AWS, SONY, JSW, Accenture, cognizant, Deloitte, etc. We can attend the placement from the 7th semester Highest package was 45 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 7 LPA. we also opt for competitive exams also.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are three ways to get a seat in college namely CET COMEDK and Management quota. In CET there are two categories added and unadded. For added 35400 rupees and for unadded 83000 is the fees. For Management, the donation was 400000. and every year the fee was 200000 and for COMEDK the fee was 180000. We got a scholarship from the state government that is SSP every year of 18000 rupees. After four years I got placed in a cognizant company with a package of 4LPA.
Campus Life
We had facilities for all most games including athletic and group games. Anyone can play their interested game. There are sports competitions in college like inter-department games and South zone games for national also. I had a chance to play the kho kho game in the inter-department games and won the first prize. There are different clubs including the defense club, Coding club, and motorsport club.
Admission
I got 25000 ranks in Kcet in the engineering stream. It was a good rank for me to get a seat in mechanical engineering at Kle Technological University Hubli. I also got a seat under the added category. It was a great opportunity to pursue BE in such a prestigious college. It was an easy admission process and helpful.
