Remarks

The institution is a reputed and a good institution, the bit should focus on the practical knowledge of the student and also imparting quality education for the children. It is a good college with lush green surroundings and comparatively better faculty well qualified, the sporting environment is good too with sports like hockey, basketball, volleyball, martial arts etc.... and

Entrance Preview

The admissions are secured through UPSEE exam, of up govt...conducted by AKTU( formerly UPTU) The college is renowned for its placement and quality education of CS, IT, EC branches

Course Curriculum Overview

This is a negative point with less focus on research based with some improvements being seen in the present days. There is a lack of practical learning in the institutiom due to course structure

Internships Opportunities

The college provides imternships to the students with good exposure but no stipend amount.

Placement Experience

The placement is really good among all othee institutions in the region, the percentage is well above 85-90%, there are many major companies visiting the campus imcluding hp, infosys, wipro, tech mahindra, indian navy, smasung, etc....the aberage package remains at 3.7-4.5 lac

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is relatively affordable as compared to other expensive private universities

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I am residing in hostel, the rooms are sharing ranging from 2 seater rooms, 3 seater, 4 seater rooms, there are several private histels around and PGs too, the hosrel cost ranges from 85,000/- to 1,05,000/- P.A including the meal. The food is better managed by a private company, sodexo.

Exam Structure

Yes it is frequent but it makes the students revise well and get ready for the final exams, it makes it a fun instead of being tiring.

Faculty

The faculty is well qualified with rather good experience of teaching. They are interactive but at times there is lack in the standard of teaching, with teachers rushing up the syllabus at times. The students tend to lose interest in the subject in later part of the semester

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More
