Remarks

No..it's remarkable..I think chose the good option

Entrance Preview

I gave UPTU exam and I have asked many students from GCET and the relatives about the College..They reviewed it good so I without hesitation took admission in this college.and I'm doing B Tech CSE from GCET because I'm interested in it...and i love to do coding...so I didn't find any better option except this.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Till now it's good because now I'm in 3rd year ,I haven't completed it yet .and the practical learning is tremendously well .There are lots of lab in the day to day schedule which helps us to rethink and do coding quite easily and well

Internships Opportunities

Yes they do provide internship but I haven't done it yet .

Placement Experience

It's remarkable . Around 65-70 got placed in good companies And rest have been placed in the good companies too but below the above one. Infosys,IBM,HCl etc

College Events

4.5

G-Quasar was the biggest till yet .

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was quite affordable. And some of the students are having free seats because they got very much good ranking in the entrance.

Campus Life

They takes part in every extracurricular activities and they organize it too.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I haven't been a resident of the Hostel but it's good and the food which they provide is also very tasty and nice.No they don't have PGs BTW students have to pay around 1 lacs. Depending upon the rooms means AC , Non AC ,two seater , three seater .

Alumni/Alumna

They understand us better . And they are well n good.

Exam Structure

In our weekly schedule , On Wednesday, the first two lectures are of PPL lab so we never get tired , but on Monday ,Tuesday , Thursday we are having lab at the end of the lectures it get little bit tiring because we get little tired.

Faculty

4.5

They are very Frank indeed. Our Computer Architecture sir has been awarded with a gold medal by the government. And I think friendly bonding is the best way to make student Understand well. The best outcomes is for the weak students because they cop up to get the good percentages.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More
