A very good experience of studying in this college. A good platform to take higher education. The campus, the faculty, all the non teaching staff, is wonderful and are of helping nature. Having a good time acquiring my higher education in the field of chemical engineering from this institute.
Entrance Preview
IIT-JEE was the entrance examination through which I got admitted in this institute. I always found chemistry as a very interesting subject and right from my 11th grade I started making up my mind to do a career in this field,and this college is helping me in achieving it.
Course Curriculum Overview
Chemical Engineering is an excellent course to create a bright future and pursuing it from this institution is helping me out. The practicals are performed under expertise, all the theory knowledge is acquired from qualified teachers. Many mini projects are held according to the year students are studying and helping them in the research work as well.
Internships Opportunities
Yes it did. The college always takes firm steps so that students can get proper internship which may help them on long basis.
Placement Experience
The placement management of the college is right on the top.They do not leave any stone unturned and give students a huge platform to get placed in a good company. The companies that visited the campus include TCS,Vipro,Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Ancient Paints,Godrej,Indian Army etc.
College Events
The technical events include codevita,criddles, robofights, best out of waste, poster presentation, rasberrypei Many cultural events also takes place every year. Inter college dance competition, singing events skits , drama, flash mobs different days such as tradition day, mismatch day,signature day etc.Sport events are also held and celebrated with full enthusiasm. Cricket, football, volleyball, kabaddi, etc. Big celebrity witnesses the huge event organized by the college during the cultural fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure what I found was much more affordable as compared to other institutes of engineering. The detailed figures for the open category is 78,300/- only.
Fees and Financial Aid
If a student comes 1st in the academic year, the next year academic fees is returned to the student. For economically backward students the college provides EBC forms .
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are all covered in the college fest and are appreciated by the faculty and management.
Hostel Facilities
I was not the one who owned a hostel room in particular but they are in a very good condition. The rooms are shared by 2 to 3 students each and have a big area so that students should be comfortable and they don't feel congested. The food quality is always good and fresh.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a seminar workshop and interaction session in every 3 months where students interact with the alumni.
Exam Structure
No. The exams are kept at perfect intervals so that students should not get tired of studying every time.
Faculty
The faculty is qualified and and trustworthy when it comes to teaching and other stuff related to it .Every faculty is having an experience of minimum 3-4 years of teaching.Even the non teaching staff i.e for example the lab assistants, librarians are good and qualified enough. The faculty knows how to interact and have a health atmosphere around with the students and with the other staff as well.
