Talking about the good things about the college is that here you will get best faculty and good infrastructure. From my point of view the only bad this about the college is 75% attendance criteria
Entrance Preview
My jee rank was around 144000. I have given not only jee mains but vitee and bitsat but my rank was not good to go into these colleges. I choose this college because it is one of the best engineering in Punjab college with 20.5 lac of highest package.The placement of this college is also very good, the college tells that that it have 100% placement for the eligible candidate. Yes, there is a interview with the dean of students at the time of admission. I am in 1 sem of ECE engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
When it comes to choosing course, it depend upon once interest. I was interested in electronic therefore i choose ECE. Now days the all the students are running to CSE even thus they are not interested. I choose ECE because i was interested and it also have good scope in future. I will suggest you to take the stream which interest you.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, college provide us internship. Since i am in my first semester i have not experience any internship program. But i have heard from my seniors that they earn 15-25 k per months on summer internship working for a company. College also provide training camps in summer vacation where we practically implement our knowledge of engineering.
Placement Experience
The college tell that it have 100%placement of eligible candidate. And eligible criteria is set by the college. Taking an average it have almost 50-60%of placement according to my point of view. Last year 83 companies visited our college for placement, there is direct interview for students who have above 75% marks. And rest have to clear an aptitude test to seat for an interview.

Yes, there is numbers of events happening in our college. Every week you can find a event going on in the auditorium.

Hostel Facilities
No, i am not residing in a hostel. But i have friends who are residing in hostel. . Yes, it also have PGs. The fee is genuine approx 55-80k per annum. Coming to foods, it have complains regarding food but they are generally fix by the authority. There are some strict rules for hostel resident, as there will be no entry in the hostel after 8:30 pm your parents will be called on phone and will be told that your ward is late in the hostel and then only you will be allowed. And there is a proper attendance facility in the hostel, you cannot spend your night outside the college in party.

The college have a very good alumni network.
Exam Structure
Exams are not frequent, generally thrice in a semester. There are small class tests which depend upon the teachers. Labs are very frequent,generally at alternative days but for different subjects. So, at the end of the day it depend upon you, somedays were chilled and some were tired. But you need to struggle to get success at the end of the day. The levels of exam are at high level thinking skills, there is more focus on application part and less at theory part which is a good thing. But generally 40-50% of last year questions are repeated at ever semester test.
Faculty
All the faculty are well qualified and experience. Most of the senior faculty have done phd. Faculty are always there for your help. The teaching standards are not too good in the first semester. Regular college called for a professor from IITs or NITs to conduct classes. The college focuses on faculty teaching and development of there skill of teaching.
