Course Curriculum Overview

5

I prefer IT TO gain knowledge of coding and I like to get a job in an mnc company soo I choose IT course. In rmk the faculty teaching is good and understandable. the way they care for students is also good.

Placement Experience

5

The main reason I joined rmk Is for the placement. There will be no worries about the placements. Companies will visit the campus in the mid of 3rd year. And in the final year moreover, 99% of people will get a job before leaving the campus that 1% will be the students who are not eligible for the 12th marks by the company and they also get after some times.

Fees and Financial Aid

The base fee is 600000 for counseling students if you are going into management then the fees will be like 1,350000. I am waiting for my placements here as I now completed my 3rd year. There is no worry about placements we will find a job definitely if we work hard.

Campus Life

5

There will be many clubs and organizations on our campus like the coding club, tech club, Ted Ex, and more we can participate in this. Coming to sports there are many games conducted in the month of February it also looks good. There are 6 lights and 6 fans in a class and 24 seating benches classroom is more good and comfortable.

Admission

There is no entrance exam in rmk. It is based on the 12th percentages only. the percentage must be above 95 in all the main subjects. Or else we should go only by payments. I also went like that and got my application in rmk.

Other Applied Colleges

Rajalakshmi Engineering College - [REC] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Information Technology)

Many people said rmk is good compared to all the college like placement, discipline, and food also

About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.
