Our department has good environment and our teacher's motives us to study well.
Our college has less noise pollucation and good air.
Our college has adoped the RFID system to enter the college without collegel card you can't enter into the college.

Dislikes

In this college politics in involved to much.
There is no fest in this college and other hanctions in this college.
If you don't maintain good relection with teacher then you can face problem to pass the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview

I heard for the course in interests has joined. The faculty and Student ratio is 110, which is less compared to the other branches in the college All faculty have completed the Ph.D. but some faculty each good out some faculty don't (each properly Alter & months thor term exam are conducted and You have to study daily to scare well.

Internships Opportunities

Internship companies don't offer stipends to the students most companies take some fees to give internships and some don't take fees . Companies are TCS, and some local companies and startups. They teach us about working in an office environment and how we have to give repossess to the client.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for the campus. More than 40 companies visited. The highest package is 15 lakh p.a and every student can get an average salary of 3 lakh p.a. 70% percentage of students get placed. Accepting the offer from campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, there is no fee hike policy and the cost of the study is more we have to spend money on projects, assignments, journals and etc. You can get all Scholarships provided by the government and privately there is no problem.

Campus Life

No there is no fest in this college. You can get all books in the library. We have some associations that conduct some extracurricular activities. IEEE AIM, RISE, and many more. In our college, we have some coding competitions like HACKATHON.

Admission

We have to write CET POCET/COMEDK to get admission. The last time DCET cut-off is 15000. You have to complete your PUC/Diploma. I have found the application on the internet on the main website of KEA Application fee is 580. The admission process is very slow KEA should improve the time to give admission.

Is NIAT worth the hype? My honest student review

Likes

You actually get to do things instead of just listening to lectures
The learning environment feels quite active
We have good exposure to the tech industry

Dislikes

The workload can get too intense sometimes
Not everything feels like a traditional college experience
The overall cost is a concern as it is a bit high

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the NIAT curriculum around four out of five. In my opinion, it is good that the curriculum is not only based on theoretical studies. The inclusion of coding, projects, assignments, and practical knowledge is quite engaging for the students, as they can apply the acquired information in practice. Additionally, I find the curriculum up to date compared to the standard Btech syllabus, which mainly focuses on theoretical background. However the curriculum could have fewer assignments, as some of them are rather time consuming and require additional study to achieve a better understanding of a particular subject.

While the academics are strong, more industry visits,live projects.

The curriculum at my college is comprehensive and relevant to current industry requirements . One of the main reasons I chose this course was the balanced combination of theoretical concepts and practical application.

The coaching here is good but one thing is you need you cope up
Transdiciplinary project centric learning

From 2nd year they give placement training..mostly from 6th sem they allow us for placements this year the highest paid is 54Lacks per annum mostly 90 percentage of students gets placed my plan is to for a good job

faculties can be easily approched for doubt solving
seniors are also friendly and quite helpful
labs have sufficient infrastructure, in proper working condition

teaching is mainly in regional languange
placements are about 40 to 50 percent, placements in core is bit difficult
correction for core courses are tough, .

campus placements is pretty good, from 6th sem students are allowed to take placements pretty good companies like synopsis, qualcomm, samsung and many other top requirters do come for placements. there are few people who even with backlogs have placed so it depends on the student capabilty to get placed.

KSIT - A good college with everything mixed level.

Likes

Good teachers, very friendly & teaching is good.
Easy to travel due to multiple transports.

Dislikes

Small infrastructure as the area is too small.
Not have ground to play when students are free

Placement Experience:

The on-campus usually starts in 6th Semester. A company called MathCo was the first company it came for the role of analyst. Around 5-7 people got selected. The average package would be usually around 4-4.5 LPA, but highest package was 6.25 from PlanetSpark for role of Sales. The percentage is nearly to 10-12%. After degree, get a job and work for atleast 2 years for learning current trends is my basic thought as of now.

ya the overall infrastructure is good and company placements there was well wishers in that time
teaching is not what i expected but good
mentorship quality is ok,faculty expertise is ok ,profeeional department is medium

Dislikes

they where strict and needed some cultural event for every month of one year
they dependent for notes in their classes where this is not i am interested
they will call for the phone for every wrong things to tell their parents

the curriculum was not inflenced by the decision and where the choosen course was clear and academic marks was good the teching methods need to be very friendly and didnt strict to be done so where then its superb the timing of exams is correctly done and perspective for the difficulty level appliction speceific for the students in their real wor examples

Based on the CET ranking I had online councelling in which I had selected something around 14 to 18 colleges according to the rank list based on previous year data. In that I got Basaveshwar Engineering College, which was around 100km from my native and also it has good review from my seniors. Moreover this is autonomous college.
