Remarks

Overall its a good institution and i would like to request students from other state as well as other countries to please come and study in this prestigious institute.

Its a great experience getting admission on this prestigious institutions, everyone dreams of getting admission in this college, students get every opportunity as everyday something or the other takes place Classes are very good, teachers are sweet, teach like own parents overall its a great experience being on this college

Every subject on this college is good, an the subject i chose is chemistry, its very good, practicals and all, everything is done so professionally, there are also a research centre as many research scholars are also there.

Internships Opportunities

Yes,it is a good experience working in internship.well a good environment overall. Every student does internship before graduation so that they can get a good placements for their good future. Overall its a very good institution for everything.

Fee is not so high, i think everyone can afford the fees if they get admission in this college, there are also several shcemes for free students for poor students.

There are many extracurricular activities that takes place in our college, every year many students go outside state for many competitions, There are NCC, scouts and guides, elections are held regularly.

Hostels are quite good, every hostel students enjoy a lot but ata the same time maintain their studies, hostels are very clean and food they offers are good give 3 times meal a day.

There is a separate vuilding for alumni network, they organize alumni meet almost every year.

Exams are held regularly every week and semester exams are held at a very good environment, teachers provide every kind of help for their students, and they does strict checking

Likes

I like the infrastructure of our college.
Our college have enough rooms and halls to accommodate huge number of students
Digitalisation in teaching methods in all classrooms.

Dislikes

Toilet is still not clean as promised by our GS.
Lack of equipments in practical laboratories.
Cleanliness and hygiene are a bit off track.

I choose this course i.e. department of Botany because the department ensuring a strong theoretical foundations along with the practical experience. The course prepares well for students as the acedemic results is always good which will make gratutides well equipped for jobs. Some sections of the course should be updated to meet the latest technology, more guests lectures and the interships should be provided to the students. The exams clustering of multiple exams should be within times which relases unneccsary stress, the exams are conducted easy to insane which is very challenging for the students.

Our department (botany) has well experienced and knowledgeable professor's who guided us both practically and theruotically which help us to gain knowledge at a faster rate
The most important thing is that our department always go for practical experience i.e.through trip.
The department often conducts seminars and guest lecturers

Dislikes

As a student of Aryavidyadpeeth college, it is very difficult to be part of our college,as the department is very popular
Due to high popularity, the college campus is very crowded, which sometimes leads to overcrowding
There is a very limited seats in hostel, the outstation students faces many difficulties to stay nearby the college.

Scholarly help and studying materials related to the course are provided by the college however the result are mostly based on self studying due to inefficient management by faculties. The college lacks proper workshops and programs to prepare the students for real world circumstances.

All the faculty are very learned and helpful. They make an effort and are very invested in our progress
The infrastructure is very modern with multiple laboratories and conference halls. Construction work is going on for increasing the campus area and buildings
Apart from departmental libraries, the college boasts a central library with a large collection of books, articles and journals

Dislikes

Need for a separate parking area for students
Canteen and cafeteria space should be increased
Seat capacity should be increased in the common room

The requirements for 1st semester students is to choose 7 subjects. Core subject, Minor subject, SEC (skill enhancement course), IDC (inter disciplinary course), AEC (ability enhancement course) and two compulsory VAC (value added courses) of EVS and AIS (ancient Indian studies)

Firstly, we had to apply for respective departments which one wants to take an honours. Then ,cut off percent is taken out and students are given admission to that department as honours student.

Admission for master's is done through an entrance exam. The form for it is available on the university website. Eligibility is decided through the entrance score. Of the total seats in each department, 50% are reserved for students from the Cotton University itself, and the rest 50% are for students from other universities. The 50% of seats reserved for university students are given based on merit (cgpa of bachelor's). And the seats for students from other universities are decided by the entrance score. Cotton university graduates get 50% of the seats. of which 2% is for OBC. 2% is for SC and another 1% is for ST.
