Course Curriculum Overview

5

I was interested in automobiles and wanted to learn about the course deeply. the student ratio between boys and girls was such that we were only 5 girls and the faculty count was higher to monitor each student. Our department staffs have a phd hence qualified. The cat exam takes place every month till the semester

Internships Opportunities

5

I was provided with an internship in Delphi tvs, thirumudivakkam estate, and Ambattur industrial estate. I was offered the consultation members of the current problem they faced and I also had a sales role to promote marketing

Placement Experience

5

From the 5th semester, the on-campus placement begins. The company such as tech mahindra, TVs, cognizant, Accenture, Renault, milk come to college every year. The highest package was offered by Hyundai at 7.5 lakhs per annum. 97 per cent of the students received an on-campus placement. My plan is to pursue higher studies as iam interested in the core

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was fair enough for the opportunity provided. We had a Lmes scholarship to encourage the enrolment of girl students in the department of mechanical engineering. Also, there was no pressure to pay fees. The mentors made me find a job on campus with a stipend

Campus Life

5

We have celebrations of women's day, annual day, and traditional day based on the exam dates. We have a department library as well as a general library. The classroom has smart tv and a board along with a classroom in Google. We were encouraged to participate in sports and participate in clusters. We have a radio club, NSS, ncc, and college magazine

Admission

I received my 12th marks and applied for Tamil Nadu Engineering Counselling and filled in my choices. My first choice was Sri sai ram engineering college and my department was mechanical engineering. Based on cut-offs and reservations eligibility criteria varies.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
