Course Curriculum Overview

3

It now comes under Anna University. So the question papers are prepared by Annamalai University itself. The teaching was good and the student's strength was not bad. Examinations were easy to pass and not very much harder.

Placement Experience

2.5

In the 4th-semester placement, training will be there. The placements are good. And there are many students getting placed. Communication was lag for most students. So if there is better communication and placement skill everyone can place in this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was normally 55000 for its branch. (per year) Scholarships like post matric, and first graduate available and scholarship assistance were provided by them. No fee for 7.5 reservation students.

Campus Life

3.5

No fest was conducted till now I joined this college. But the infrastructure of the college was very fine. The auditorium is present and it was good. Separate buildings for each and every department. there is a separate building for placement and placement training.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel facilities was not bad. Food was average in my hostel . Hostel fee was 65000 per year. They will provide 3 chairs, tables. There is an area separately for playing outdoor games for hostel students. Can see many different kinds of trees in my hostel.

Admission

The admission process is only by Tamil Nadu engineering admissions counselling. Cutoff greater than 130 140 + of SC BC MBC students can easily get admissions here through tnea counselling. For OC general category students 150 160 + cutoff is required for selecting the core branches in this college( Like cse and it )

Other Applied Colleges

Saveetha Engineering College - [SEC] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Information Technology)

Low cutoff

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
