Entrance Preview

I have given MANET exam which every student has to give, if he/she wants admission in this college. Selection is on merit base and out of 200 students my rank was 21st.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is good, student gets proper knowledge because university has prepared a perfect course structure and both theory and practical go hand in hand. So it is very useful for us.Two big workshops are their to increase our skill and after completion of course 10 days special training is held in our course which refreshes our knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

Yes many companies came but due to low market their intakes are less.Companies like wilhemson, MOL, MOLTA, V ships, BW.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements were low due to less jobs. Companies like wilhemson, MOL, MOLTA, V ships, BW. Package was around 2,50,000/- Above mentioned package is average package so it may change according to the companies. Above companies have came and many companies are expected to come.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our course is expensive. We pay approx 11,00,000/- for 4 years. We have to pay every semester and we have 8 semesters in 4 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes they provide but only to one needy students whose family income is less. I have also applied but I haven't got it. Scholarship for one student who got highest in PCM in 12th. About 10-15% scholarship is given. For girls if they clear all subjects of semester then they get 50% scholarship.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

This college has a great infrastructure and all the necessary aids for the successful completion of my course. The management is very helpful. The faculty altogether is really good and upto the standards when it comes to knowledge and experience. The only area where my college needs an improvement is in the staff during the first year of our college as a lot of newly graduated students are appointed as tea hers which are not able to take the pressure.
