Likes

Faculty- The staffs are good teaching and more supportive to th students in studies and personal.
Campus- The one of the most strict campus to grow the students and teach the students for their upcoming environment
Course- The course i got is very good for my carrer i can go for any jobs like government and also IT sector so i loved that.

Dislikes

The bikers should were the helment in side the parking also if not they will not leave the bike into college in any situation
Phone is not allowed inside the campus at any cost. without principle you should not take mobile phones inside the campus

The faculty members are great in their work and courageous. I chose this course because In the outer and inner of the Erode district Gobi Arts and Science College has the best name and best teaching staff. There are more than 200 staff in aided college In the Economics Department We have 8 staff. The teaching method of the staff is very clear and slow to the slow learners and they explain each and every procedure to do our best in their subjects and they help to cover other subjects also so the are well teaching in their Portions. The toughest situation will not come during the examination period because the staff already taught you in the best way. so you can be the best in your studies.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In this college, fees are very low at cost because it is a government-aided college and most of the student's fees are paid by government schemes. and management is giving time to pay the fees after the due date is over so no problem with the fee-paying structure. I got a government scholarship in between my semester exams. and there is a Non-Government scholarship. and I got selected in Jio for the post of Assistant Branch Manager

Campus Life

In a year the college will conduct Pongal Fest, sports day, Republic Day, independence day, College culture day College annual day. In Tamilnadu One of the best and biggest libraries is Gobi arts and Science College and it gets a reward from the Government as the Biggest library. in a classroom there are 50 to 60 amenities are studying. The gobi arts and science college is the best for sports and social groups and Active groups which are given by govt and non-govt. and the sports are high level the teacher of Physical Education teaches excellent. The NSS students are rising day by day on the campus and they are going to the camp in new Delhi every year.

Admission

In Aided we should have minimum marks of 65% in Higher Secondary Schooling. We should find the application fee structure and other information on the college website[ GOBI ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE]. If the students are from the community of SC, ST, are given special quotes and reservation benefits in aided college. Starting ug life

My collage full of nature covered, birds sound in after 6.00 pm I loved it. And college is like greenish and opposite site there is thindal murugan kovill this is so good
Fancy store and canteen also have in our college. Big sports ground also have in our college, hand ball was so good in our college we also celebrated 50th year celebration of college
Pongal celebration are celebrated highly like columbus and many games are there in pongal celebration in inside our college we are celebrated happily. Food also provided in our college

Dislikes

I didn't like that our staff keep test in lunch hours also . They strictly maintain the class always test , seminars
No western dress wear in our department I didn't like that chudi and pant full covered shall we want to wear in our college
No free hours given . Home work like scholl . I fill I am going to school

Course Curriculum Overview:

Surroundings are good. Exam timing 3 hours . And normal internal test is about one hour maximum one and half hour. Test are strictly maintain. Teaching in tamil can understand by students I think so . And ppt method need more in class . Staff to teach all the lessons and students sometimes take one part of lesson

My sweet college days!!

Likes

College environment was very neat and clean always.
The birds they kept at the front side campus were so pleasant and calm
Campus was large in size and comfortable

Dislikes

College management is very strict in handling students
College management allot less money as prize money for academic winners
Students should get pass even for 2 minutes late entry

Course Curriculum Overview:

The department of English not only offers good education but also so many values to lead our life. Faculties were so friendly in clearing students' doubts. There was personality development course to improve students' personality. Students had to choose any other subjects other than they are studying for sbi course. Due to this students learn about other subjects too.

The rigour of the course is very intense. The syllabus which is followed here is intense and rigorous. Its unique compared to the syllabus offered in other colleges of India.
Staff lore is very good in MSE. Most of the staffs encourage doubts and are also willing to have conversations with you. Faculties are knowledgeable and they know there stuff very well. They take much interests if you reach out to them through mail.
They provide a lot of guest lectures which gives us a lot of exposure and we get to know how economics works in the real life policy making sectors.

Dislikes

Theres no opportunities for sports and extra curricular activities. They don’t conduct any events rather it is done by putting our own money and by the efforts of the students only.
The campus is very small, and there are no proper areas for sports etc and also the canteen is very bad. It is super minimal.
If you want social life then this college is not the place, only the studious one survive here. Well you can still make friends here but then the college ‘itself’ does not provide any social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.

Dislikes

The fees structure of the college is little high
They do not provide any study material to prepare ourself for semester exams
They do not take us for a long trip to make our mind feel fresh

Must complete 12th standard. I got an application form from the college. If you get a government seat, fees are much less. If you join in a private seat it will be high compared to the government.
