Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested Mechanical B.E course. 6:35 is the faculty and student ratio. The faculty teaching level is very good. The teaching method was theory and experimental. No difficulty to pass, Every 2 weeks once IAT and monthly tests are connected. So easy to pass for semester exams.

Placement Experience

Final-year students are eligible to attend campus interviews. CavinKare? private limited, Mitsuba private limited, TCS, Wibro, TVS Harita and ext. The highest package is 8 lack per annum and the average is 2.5 lack per annum. 60 percentage above students eligible for placements. I was placed on-campus interview for CavinKare. private limited. I was working.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure differs from management and counselling students. Fee scholarships are given to colleges for the best cut-off students. And counselling students was 30% confirmed scholarship opportunity given. Government scholarship and merit scholarships.

Campus Life

The symposium is very good for every annual fest. And sports day is super fest. Symposium and sports day are every semester in February or March month conducted. Yes, many books and journals are available in the library. Classroom facility is all basic benefits available. Sports and extracurricular activities conducted is every year.

Admission

The admission process is easily processed. No entrance exam, only check for cut-off marks. A minimum of 60 percentage marks is eligible for admission. The admission process was very nice and taking care is good for students and parents. Year fees and application dates are very convenient for students. No improvement is needed for the admission process.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
