RGU have the best Campus in North East India with best infrastructure
There is a lot of courses available for the students
They organise events and concerts regularly

The fees is very High everyone cannot effort it

Course Curriculum Overview

There are numerous courses available I choose B.com to learn about accounts and business There is 1 teacher for every 10 students on an average Faculty is kind and helpful they use modern way of teaching and has latest syllabus There is semister final exam after every 6 month. Pass the exam is not that easy 5 CGP is needed to pass

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Placement Experience

6th semester students are eligible for placement Vipro, Berger, lenscart, top cement etc A b.com students gets a package around 300000 and the highest is 600000 and MBA students gets 8 lakh to 12 lakh package Around 30 percent students get placement I will do MBA and then I will start my own business

Fees and Financial Aid

College can increase the fee every year. Admission is 50000 and 130000 per year with no additional fees like exam fees or library fees. College give scholarship of 20000 to yearly topper. The average placement is around 300000 per annum. The college also provides 100 per cent scholarship to poor students in rural areas

Campus Life

Name of the fest keeping on changing every year it is normally conducted in the month of December There is also every book you can think of. Rgu library have large collection of books RGU have badminton court, table tennis table, football ground, pool table and RGU keeps on organising many cultural program now and tehn There is no group run by only students

Admission

The admission process was smooth and efficient. I didn't took any entrance exam, and the application process was online, with no cutoff Course eligibility criteria were well-defined. Application forms were easily accessible online, and fees and dates were transparent. The university doesn't reservation benefits I would suggest more communication during the admission process to keep applicants updated on the status and timelines.

Gauhati University: A Students perspective.

Likes

The networking and the contacts that GU provides.
Exposure to various aspects. Chance of self discovery
Great environment. Loved the campus. A great place to study also the Library and canteens. Connectivity

Dislikes

Too much pressure on students in certain cases.
Very slow processing of documents by the authorities
Very delayed results of all the semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is an integrated course where i will be getting a masters degree after completing 5 years. Only tezpur university provides this course other than GU. The curriculum prepares students mainly to pursue careers in academic fields and research fields. More practical aspects can be added to provide a holistic knowledge to the students. The exams are very well planed.

The environment is good peace' and calm .
The campus is good clean and good faculties
Reputed name , the courses are good overall feels good to be a part of this college

Dislikes

People's are arogants, egoistic , do nepotism.
Attendance matters then knowledge, if a student have less attendance in one subject also they don't provide them to give exam.
Lengthy course and less classes the professor completed the syllabus in just 2 months, they say the semester have 6 months but we are giving the finals in 3rd month!

I will rate it 7 cause lengthy course less classes, Exam timing are vast others colleges held there exam on the last month of the year but our college held there exam on the 3rd month of the semester overall not good

Present the documents along with photocopies after scoring the qualifying marks and post that the college authorities will give you an acknowledgment slip which confirms your admission in the college and can also be used as the College ID until you receive the actual college ID.

Royal Global University Design

The college provided me an opportunity to get into design. Something that is not available here in Guwahati yet other than IIT. This is the role for me to wanting to join the course.
