Course Curriculum Overview
VSSUT provide excellent faculty members. The faculties qualified from IITs or NITs share their immense experience to the students with full support and cooperation. The four-year BTech program is split into eight semesters and each semester contains two examinations, mid semester and end-semester. Full support from faculty members, therefore no need to worry about the examination, if the students study hard and make their concepts clear, they can easily maintain a cgpa of 8 or more throughout their academic year.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies like TCS, Deloitte, JSW, Tata Power, and Amazon, provide excellent internship opportunities. So many projects and reports are done by the students through the various Technical clubs which help the students for experience.
Placement Experience
VSSUT provide an excellent placement records. The highest package for the academic year 2022-23 is 47 lakhs per annum. Along with 90 - 95% students were placed with approx 7 lakh package per annum. Various companies like Infosys, tata steel, tech Mahindra come for recruitment.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite affordable than other colleges and it increases every semester a little bit. The fees for 4 years will be approximately 160000. Along with it various schemes like TFW are allowed for financially weak students. Various scholarship schemes are also provided through the Odisha State Scholarship portal.
Campus Life
The Campus life is very good. Students can enjoy their 4 years engineering course with a lot of activities other than studies. Various Technical fests, Sports fest are also conducted. Various Technical and non-technical clubs are also available for the skills development of the students.
Admission
To get into the college, first you have to apply for the JEE Mains examination and qualify for it with a good rank( around 80000-300000 Crl). After that, you have to participate in Ojee counseling and apply to the desired branch as per your Jee mains rank. Once you get the Admission letter from the college, visit the college for further admission procedures. Application forms and application dates can be easily found on the Ojee counseling web portal.
