Remarks

Don't think much. Just come here. Trust me. It will be a very good decision for your carrier. College life is also very good here.

Entrance Preview

Admission is done only on merit basis. You have to go through UPTU entrance exam. The exam is easy to crack. But, you have to secure a good rank to get this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I am a computer science student. And it's the best for computer science. All classes have AC. Labs are really too good. More than 1000 of computer are available in computer lab.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is provided bry some reputated companies. College itself call the companies and internship is organised in college campus. But, they also charge good amount for this.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement is the best here . A lot of companies come here. They also praise students of galgotias. Good packages are provided to students. Highest packages reaches up to 25 lakhs last year.

College Events

Just attain any of the events in galgotias, you will never forget it. Technical fest, management fest, and the best annual fest which is known as G-Quasar . Many celebrities also come in annual fest every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is more here in comparison to other AKTU college. In 1st year, you have to pay a total of 1.4 lakhs . It includes exam fee and security money. Total BTEC H fee is approx 5.5 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided here to some students belonging to SC and ST category and whose family annual income is under 2 lakhs. You will have to submit necessary documents.

Campus Life

Extra activities are regularly organised here. But, normal classes are also continues. To participate in activities , you will have to miss class. Some of the activities are GGT- galgotias got talent, product launch activitity and many more.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are too good . Girls hostels are especially too nice. Building is too big. Many facilities are provided like laundry, Wi-Fi, tv, good food, games etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are really too good here. They are like brothers , always available to help you. Some of the alumni are alos here. Whose inspiration can be seen on college website.

Exam Structure

Exams are just like other aktu colleges. Two sessional of 40 marks and one PUT. Just solve the question papers of galgotias, and you will face nonany problem in the final exam.

Faculty

I just love the faculties of galgotias. There way of teaching is too good. They all are experienced and very friendly in nature.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More
