What Students Say

Likes

Can go to the Galgotias University events if you try
Location as there is metro station next to the college
Opportunities they offer through clubs and events

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not that good everything seems to like old govt building
Crowd is pretty avg and you will see some locals in it
Clubs management, half of the students didn't even know how many clubs are there

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I have chosen this course because it is in trend and this course only provides placements in private colleges. Although I have an interest in computer science. The faculty are above average they will support you if you approach them.

Class Size: 73Course Fees: INR 115700 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are not that great. You have to do hard work or by yourself, if you want apid internships, non-paid internships will be provided by the college but that is not worth it. Only your skills and determination can provide you with a good placement

Placement Experience

3.5

For 3 years students go for internships and by the end of the 4th year, almost every student gets placed based on their skills. Avg package would be around 4 to 5 lpa. It is good for private colleges as its fees would be less than 5 LPA for a total of 4 years.

Fees and Financial Aid

This college has a very minimal fee structure of 1,15,700rs for 1 year and if your family's annual income is less than 2 lakhs rs you can avail up govt a scholarship. You will have 100% ROI as fees are very low.

Campus Life

3.5

You will not regret your social life as there are many events and fest ongoing. Galgotias University has more events than college but you can also go there and attend both institute's events. There are many clubs.

Admission

Through Management Quota In management quota, you should have good marks in 12 boards and they give you a list of courses they can offer from your marks. They will force you to join Galgotias University if you have bad marks. Through aktu counseling, is a preferable choice for admission because you can avail govt a scholarship through if your annual income is less than 2 lakhs. Counseling process takes time as it is based on 4 rounds so be patient and hope for good.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More
