Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of every B.Tech course is roughly the same with the total fees of around 2.5 Lakh per year( adding the hostel expenses as well) . Scholarships are available at both institute and government level . I personally did not apply for any scholarship

Campus Life

Our annual fest is Mood Indigo which occurs at the end of December and is the soul of IIT Bombay and the Techfest occurs roughly 10 days after the Mood Indigo and is equally amazing in itself. Availability of books in library: The central library consists of all types of books and is good for people who like reading journals and novels. All classrooms are air conditioned and are clean. More than 30 types of sports are available in our campus and all types of cultural activities occur on a regular basis in the campus. The AUV and MRT clubs are some renowned clubs run by the students of iit bombay .

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The room is sufficiently big for two people and all basic facilities are available. The mess is fairly good and the menu is good for all types of students coming from different regions of country. Registration process for Hostel occurs online after the councelling process

Hostel Fee: INR 22500 per year

Admission

Admission occurs through JEE mains and JEE Advanced examination and cut off rank varies around 5000 for general category Application form for JEE mains exam is available on their official website in the month of December. My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come
