Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of DTU is as same as iit . It is updated with time. Recently according nep( new education policy) sec ( skill enchcement subject) introduced in each branch For ep (engineering physics) it is blend of electronics as a major degree and applied physics and if you are research oriented this course suit well for you. Faculty to student ratio is decent i.e 1:32 Coming to faculty qualification they are qualified enough most of them have done their PhD from reputed institution like iits and iisers Dtu is relaxed in exam generally each sem has mid and end sem at gap of 2-3 months and study weekly can easily help you to maintain good cg

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The only disadvantage I could point is high fees it nearly take 9 lakh for whole course and increasing each year But still University offered financial assistance in accordance to your family income and various scholarships exam are conducted throughout to aid you

Campus Life

Excellent is the word enough to describe. Campus is well maintained and managed. Various clubs and societies our their on different intrests . Annual fest - engifest one of the magnificent fest in North India Tech fest - Invictus conducted by technical council Believe me DTU would never disappoint you in term of fest. Our fest are equivalent to top iits also. . Dtu library is great source of knowledge Fully air conditioning 3 storey library and availability of thousands technical and non technical books . Classroom are old construction but new building of cse,it,se have all top notch facilities .

Admission

Admission is through jee mains examination and jac delhi counseling Eligibility -12 pass aggregate pcm percentage greater than 70% 85% is reserved for delhi candidates Cutoff varies for different course for cse it is around 10k for delhi general candidate while around 5k for outside general candidates

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
