- Some of the students are not good. Every college has that . Everyone should take care of that.
- The location is college is quite outside but inside the college its a good vibe.
- Some professor don't know even how to teach.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to explore the more government-side options. There will be about 6-7 faculty teachers who will be teaching for a semester besides lab assistants. All are Ph.D. holders or can be a Ph.D. scholar too. Term exams vary in difficulty but are more or less easy to pass if given enough time.
Internships Opportunities
Colleges provide internships only in the third year. A lot of companies visit for internships. You have to be skilled due to high competition. You can do a research internship under the professor too. You can approach them if you are able to make a good bond. For off-campus internships too DTU has great brand value in the market.
Placement Experience
In my course the average package last year was around 9 lpa and for the overall subject, it is 15-16 lpa. 85-90 % of student gets placed. The minimum cgpa criteria for sitting in placement is 7.5. You can earn a good package if you are hardworking.
Fees and Financial Aid
One year's fee is around 2,25000 for the first year which increases slightly per year. Companies visit for internships in the third year. However, if you want to do an internship beforehand you can apply off campus or can do a research internship under a professor too.
Campus Life
Life at DTU is chill as compared to other colleges. The campus crowd is awesome. You have got OAT to hang out, a sports complex, canteens, juice corners, and Nescafe. Major fest are Yuvaan and engifest but programs are going on throughout the year. You can join any society depending on your interest.
Admission
Admission was based on the jee mains percentile through JAC counseling. 85% seats are for delhi Candidates. Cutoff varies for Delhi and outside Delhi students. It can range from 90-99 for Delhi and 95- 99 for outside Delhi students.
