The placement here are good. Many mncs visut here and almost most of students placed here .
The campus has iif cell which supports startup in college any grp can approach them for funding upto 7.5lakh

Dislikes

The canteen and mess food gere are pathetic
They didnt provide hostel facilities to delhi residents
Npod good administration. Didnt provide funding for lab repair

Course Curriculum Overview

The department of electronics and communication engineering is good . Despite college have not highly equipped lab like kits but still it is far better then any other college the placement for ece department is good . the faculty here are phd qualified and many are doing phd or mtech . faculty are supportive there .In 4 years we have 8 semester to clear and each semester has 2 exams one mid sem and other endsem along with practicals .the exam is of moderate difficulty here .

The campus placement here are good .after the end of 3rd year we are eligible for campus placement many fang companies visit here like amazon facebook.about 50percent students placed every year .highest package this yearis of 84lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for 1st year is 2,29,000 and every year it increases by 10k fees for hostel and mess the fess can vary from 40k to 90k The college itself provide college scholarship for low income grps . and you can also take scholarship from dell edistrict and govt. Platform etc .

Campus Life

The college provide you a very good campus life . the land here spread about 160 acre and has very beautiful campus . every year many fest are organasied one of which is engifest. The library itself is very huge.

Admission

The application process to take admission in dtu is easy. First the applicant should clear the JEE MAIN entrance exam with required cutoff rank based on category and many factors . the counselling process is done through jac delhi .avg fees of college is 2.5 lakh per year. The college is extremely good for placement and internship opportunity

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
