- Scholarship on fees provided by the University along with fee and mentorship programs by private programs like Dell in the university.
- Placement opportunities in the campus is huge . Multiple project research and a lot of companies willing to take students according to their respective field capabilities
- Campus Life along with fests and fares in excellent in the university.
Dislikes
- Class times at the university can be improved in this regard . Sometimes there is 3 hour gap in between which makes the day hugely long
- Dtu wifi sometimes is a problem for the faculties and us as well in labs . But that's not a huge problem
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is very relevant to the course and all providing various different opportunities along with details in different subjects ranging from AutoCAD to web designing. I choose the course because I was interested to participate in computer engineering as my life goal . Faculty: student ratio is adequate in the course for each subject. Faculties are qualified generally to PHDs in their respective fields . Term exams were little early from student perceptive but manageable and difficulty level was medium to pass
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is good but a little high for a middle class family person. But comparing with opportunities it provides it's worth it . Financial assistance in the university is excellent where apart from University scholarship there is also private companies like Dell which not only provide scholarship but also is ready to give full mentorship till end of graduation. My scholarship is Dtu mainstream scholarship and it's still in process
Campus Life
Campus Life is excellent in the university. From seniors to our course mates all are very helpful in their nature . Societies also provide great opportunities here . Annual fests and fest like freshers was awesome in there regard. There are multiple social groups in the university campus. Dtu times as a news and magazine initiative is run by students . Books are available in the libraries for all courses and also other than mainstream courses .
Admission
I gave jee- mains exam . The eligibility criteria was above 75 percent marks in boards and jee main percentile above jac requirements . Application form is to be filled after the exam on jac website and priorities of all courses along with details are to be filled . EWS benefits can be acquired based on an EWS certificate along with income certificate. After a week , results come and round 1 and next day physical document verification in the university campus takes place after submission of neccassary amount as seat fee . And after verification, a provisional admission letter is given to the student
