The college campus is mesmerising and it is nicely built.
The college encourages all kinds of interest of students in extra curricular activities.
I have created some of the best monitored of my life in this college with my friends.

Dislikes

There frequency of exams is very high and most of the time in sessions goes to that only.
The labs are needed are to get more equipments.
The food from college canteen is not at all tasty.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the course is very much pre decided and it had been set according to the latest requirements. There is enough amount is faculty in the college to teach the subject and each faculty is completely qualified for the teaching.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies come to the college providing intership to many students wifi deserve it. They pick up students after interview process who are then provided with a paid internship in companies where they learn a lot of new skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual college fees for B Tech program is around 225000. It is a bit more as compared to other government colleges across India but the college offers various scholarships to those who are unable to pay the fees. The placement records are also very good which makes it worthy of the fees.

Campus Life

The life at the campus is very very nice. There is very nice interaction between students of same age and also between seniors and juniors. The annual fest Engifest takes place in the month of February which is one hell of a great to attend.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are not as updated as they should be according to today's time. The hostels are old and all of Tibet are not air conditioned too. The food quality is good in hostels and also they try to provide good facilities as much as they can.

Hostel Fee: INR 56000 per year

Admission

I took admission through Jee mains exams. The course required minimum of 60 percent marks in boards exams of class 12th and accordingly marks in exam as per your category. There is a reservation for students studying from Delhi.

Good college for leaning and enjoy campus life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

This college has a great placement. 80% of students do place every year. If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

I have applied to GGSIPU , AKTU and other state colleges , I got admission in all of them but DTU was better than them So i chose it I also managed to crack bits goa but the fees was legit too high for me to afford I get rejected from lower NITS because of my rank. Rank is the only deciding factor in getting into college, nothing else college admission was just like school admission. The only difference was the huge pile of documents. You have to submit so many papers, category documents, residence documents To be eligible, you need to score at least 60% in your Class 12th boards for all category students You also have to sit for the JEE exam, and your admission depends entirely on your JEE rank...Read More
