What Students Say

Likes

I like the way of clearing doubts of any students by faculty
College infrastructure is good and campus life is chill
Faculties are highly qualified and having treatmendous knowledge in their respective fields

Dislikes

Attendance criteria :- Maintaining 75% attendance is compulsory for appearing in sessional exams
College timing is very hectic its 9 am to 5 pm
Most important there are no winter vacations 🙂

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because this college provides good placement in this specific course. Faculty student ratio is good And all the faculties are highly qualified and having treatmendous knowledge in their respective subjects . Mainly there are two terms exams first is CAE-1 which held after the two months whenever the semester starts and CAE-2 Which held after 1.5 months after the completion of CAE-1 and it is quite easy to paas these CAE's

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 109603 per year

Placement Experience

• From 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement •Mostly the companies which come heiring are mass recruiters such as Capgemini, cognizant,TCS, and many more companies visited • Currently I'm unaware about th percentage of students placed •Grab a Good placement and then preparing for some other exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees of this college is 109603/- And for scholarship if you are residing in Uttar pradesh then you have to apply in UP scholarship. And for other states you have to apply in your respective state scholarship program

Campus Life

Life in campus is excellent. There are tremendous clubs such as management club, extreme club, Music Club , fashion club etc etc... Annual fest is galgotias unifest and tech fest are according to branch wise club You can avail all types of books and journals in library Good in sports Currently I'm not aware about any website which run by students

Admission

Admission process is quite simple . You can take direct admission through management quota and you can also get admission through counselling process of UPTU. For getting admission through counselling Process of UPTU you have to give JEE MAINS . And if we talk about cut off so if you fall in general category and having residence of UTTAR PRADESH then above or more than 75 percentile in JEE MAINS is enough for getting admission in this college in CSE branch. If you are from state other than uttar pradesh then above 85 percentile is enough for general category . if you are fall in any reservation category then adjust plus minus 5 percentile in your actual percentile

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More

I have also applied for JIIT Noida, but couldn't able to get CSE branch. However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well.
