DTU unwrapped: Aman's Take

I chose this course because it have good placement (avg. 24lpa) in CSE branch. The faculty is also very helpful you can go to them for any problems they will definitely help you. They teaching is also good. All the teachers are well qualified and they really want to teach in classes . You will do well in exams if you have listened in classes carefully The semester exams are also not that hard you can score 9gpa in one month of study before end sem.

In fifth semester you bacome eligible for internships and in seventh semester for placements. All big companies visit as it it tire one college in Delhi like Google, Facebook , Adobe etc. In computer science batch avg CTC offered was 24 lpa and avg. Of whole college was around 15 lpa. Percentage of students getting placements depends on the brach in CSE 100% placement was done but in other branches it was around 85% I personally would like to go Germany for masters as I have to settle there.

Fees 229000 in 2023, and it increases by 10-15% per year DTU provides 100% fee concession to the needy people. In 3rd year companies offer summer and winter internships and in 4th year the come for jobs but you must be prepared to get it.

DTU is well known for its societies and clubs you can think of anything and we will have some society related to it. IEEE, GDSE, INFERNO are very famous tech societies. Similar we have dance, music, arts, drama and photography societies also. These all society run by students. Library is also huge it have internet fecility and many books. You can issue them or read in the library itself. Our cultural fest Engifest is one of the best college fest in India. It is conducted in feb. Many artists came to perform here and also it is managed by students. There are 3 more fest tech fest, literary and sports fest The sports complex is also big it have fecilities for badminton, volleyball, table tennis, football, cricket, kabbadi, lawn tennis, basketball etc.

The admission is based on our jee mains score. You can find everything about jee mains on their official website (jeemain.nta.nuc.in). They take two tests in one year, from them best score is considered for admission. After jee mains you have to register yourself in jac Delhi counseling (jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in) here you will be selecting all the colleges and branches according to your preference. And you will be allotted the best possible college/branch according to your jee score. To avail reservation you have to have cetegory certificate (obc/sc/st) issued by Delhi govt. You can also use other state's certificate but then you will be considered in other state's seats (15%) Basically 85% seats are reserved for Delhi in candidates and 15% for our of Delhi students there are further seat distribution in general, obc(27%), sc(15%) and st (7.5%)
