Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this course because my interest is so much in Engineering Field and to do some innovation in this field and make this field a good one as it was used to be in earlier times.The course structure is so nice as it is totally based on industrial application and the studies are totally relevant. There is more than enough faculty members present in the college. They are totally helpful to students. They also help in your studies and also so cooperative. The faculty to student is so nice. The qualification of the faculties are awesome and more than enough. They are well and totally cooperative and so much educated. The mid sem exams happen two times in each semester. And after all that there happens end sem. The mid sem marks are best of two for each subjects. The checking of the papers are so relevant and softly. The teachers have also soft corner during the exam copies checking.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester you will be eligible for placements and before that you can also try for off campus and go for PPOs and can also do various internship provided by the college. About 95% of the students get placed . My plan is to get a good placement. And the highest package offered in our campus is Rs50LPA and average is of Rs6.5LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is so nice and I guess it comes under top 5 cheapest engineering college in India. It gives girls students a scholarship of Rs7700 during admission. It also allows students for the different scholarship organised by the alumnis of the college.
Campus Life
There exists very few fest as college doesn't focus on these things. There are lots of book in the library consisting of about 1.5 lakhs of book and the library is so quiet and impressive. There exists many sports event between different branches and different hostels of boys of different games. There exists different social clubs.
Hostel Facilities
In Hostel you will be getting a bed and a cupboard and a switch board for all the students residing in a room. In mess the food is just like that you can survive. The mess follows the menu which will be given by the students considering the necessity and don't demand for the excess expensive things. Is you are not choosing a room then it's really not good as the cost of PG and rented room are much higher than hostel fee.
Admission
For getting into this college at first you need to understand that you are going to do your Graduation of Bachelor's Of Technology and for that you have to attempt the so called exam i.e JEE MAINS with a good percentile of above 90 for just entering the college of you belongs to general category and above 70 for the reserved ones (SC,ST) and above 85 for OBC and also extra benefits for EWS class and also get Tuition Fee Waiver(TFW) for the people who are more eligible and don't have sufficient annual income of their family for their studies . They got a scholarship of Rs7700 as a fee waiver. Any Improvement which I want to implement in the admission process is that the reservation process should be reviewed and it need some modifications as this college only takes admission of Jharkhand State students which acts as a discrimination in the college and an injustice for the other state students who also want to study here in this college.
