The things I liked about mumbai University is that the way they have portion and their important chapters and divided in semester is so good.The infrastructure is most important as we are not only here to do studies but also to develop our
Personality and skills so that is something I love and placement are depends upon how we study

Dislikes

The things I dislikes is living in mumbai is too expensive but not a serious problem.Everything is fine

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is so good and they teaches everything related to our field and Our teachers are so supportive and they guiding us like we are their child only that's what make VIT MUMBAI special and I am enjoying this process and it is getting interesting day by day

Internships Opportunities

So I don't have any idea about internships because I am studied in 1st year only but in our college opportunities are a lot so nothing to worry.As of now just trying to improve skills.The internship companies come alot in our college.

Placement Experience

See for now thinking about placements it too early first we have to clear all four years so that is important and talking about placements we have good placements ratio so there is no tension for thinking too much on it

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is like that we can to give payment by cheque, cash or dd and the fees of 1 year is 1,34,000 and we have to pay it in starting only when we are taking admission and scholarship opportunities are alot here their is special office of it so any query we can ask them and before asking them they only told us about scholarships.The job opportunities are also fine like in our college giant companies come for e.g: Capgemini,tcs, Infosys,jio and etc

Campus Life

See the life at campus depends on us how we are using the facilities and all things.Like there are so much to do in campus like we can play chess in real life with big kit and we have special den for playing Indore and video games so the campus life is chill

Admission

So my admission process was full of hustle because I got 84.2 percentile in MH- CET and And I was interested in electronics and telecommunication I was searching for good college and I found vidyalankar institute of technology so when cap-round started in all 3 cap-round I didn't get it so I it in spot round and I got the college so this was my admission process and whenever you want anything if it gets you early you don't have value of it so after doing lot of hardwork You get whatever you want it becomes more precious for you that's what I learnt from this admission process

Excellent college for diplomawith supportive faculty

Likes

teachers are helpful and you can ask them your doubts without any problem. most of them are quite supportive
there are technical events, sports and cultural programs during the year, so college is not only about studies
i liked the practical sessions and labs because we actually got to work on things instead of only learning the thoery

Dislikes

Placements opportunities could be better and i feel the college can bring more companies for students
Sometimes the academics workload can fell a bit much, espically when assignments, practicals and exams come around together
Using mobile in the collge is strictly not allowed and if used our mobile is taken and given after 6 to 7 days .

Placement Experience:

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

Honest review if you wanna opt for this college

Likes

The girls to boy ratios is good, we get to see all girls equal contributing in the college
The faculty is good, they are very helpful and give good guidance
The boys and girls common room is good to get together with friends to chill and study

Dislikes

Faculty being good they are sassy and might ignore for a time to teach you that not everything will be entertained
The principal is kinda rude and his speech is too long
Well other activities like sports isn't support properly

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students are eligible for placement Companies visited are tcs and few others i don't remember their names The average package is 5 lpa and the highest is 13 lpa Mostly 80-90% of students gets placement as they do a placement training for us amd prepares us for the placement exams and interviews and all My personal plan is to go abroad for higher studies but i am going to sit for placement if i get good package then i might not go to abroad for higher studies

KES Law College - a step towards your legal journey

Likes

Faculty is good. The teachings staff is approachable any time you want. They are well educated and most of them hold doctrate degrees.
The college has a canteen which offers good food at very nominal price
The campus is aur conditioned and every classroom is well designed to accommodate a batch of 80 students at once.

Dislikes

The non teaching staff or the visiting faculty is not approachable by the students.
The college doesn't have a uniform, which most law colleges have to maintain the ethics.
The timings of the college are very early. The lectures start at 7 am in the morning and 75% Attendance is compulsory which is extremely difficult for students in a professional degree to manage with internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Likes

I really liked the infrastructure of the college its very nice and has good environment .
DPCOE is famous for its sports , it has massive turf where kids of 4 to 5 age has their matches
Also i like my department , as i am an automobile engineering we need most practical knowledge , this college offers a big workshop just for us an also yearly event for automobile students . Also clubs are there which has reputation of national rank

Dislikes

I kind of felt that faculty can be biased sometimes also do not care what and how we want to study .
Watchman can be little rude sometimes , also informing that their are exam coming in next week are to be informed at leat 10 days before. I have a suggestion of preparing acadamic calender of year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Not that much strict environment than many of the college.

Dislikes

Campus is huge but is mostly empty need of development.
Need of infrastructure and sports facility for students.
Need of contact no. Of emergency contact of the staff.

Placement Experience:

I talk with most of the senior and faculty and placement cell start of 3 rd year you will get internship opportunities and and in 4 th year you will get placement opportunity. But senior told me off campus placement preparation must be go on you will find good opportunity. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa is good for freshers.

I liked how they support any type of sports or passion that the student likes.
All the laboratories have the required equipment ready for the practicals to be performed.
The canteen of the college has varities of food and snacks for students or staff members.

Dislikes

Sometimes Lectures are not being conducted properly in the classroom.
The classroom and labs are dirty. The walls have smudges and footprints from shoes.
Most of the computers in the laboratory do not function and are very poor in terms of specs.

Placement Experience:

As I have heard people mostly get placements from this college itself. If not they go for their degrees and take placement there. The salary is mostly around 5 lakhs per annum which is decent enough for most students. According to the principal from the college if a student studies afterwards for degrees this number racks up to 18 lakhs.

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements. I missed other colleges due to lower entrance ranks. Admission here is through CAP counselling based on MHT-CET. Eligibility is HSC and Diploma.
