I was interested in the anthropology from time being. So I decided to take admission the department of anthropology of Arya Vidyapeeth College. After taking admission I saw that It was not a bad decision, since the faculty members I got here were very helpful to all the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here, we get to see a very affordable pricing in case of the fee structure. Also, the students belonging from a lower class family can easily get a seat by showing the income certificate of their family income which should not be more than one lakhs.

Campus Life

The college compound comprises of four building blocks. Which consists of many departments of arts and science and also a separate building for the bachelor of ceremonies commerce students. There are two water coolers inside the campus which enables us to drink cold water in hot sunny days.

Admission

I was suggested to take admission in this college from my friends and relatives passed out from this college. Seeing the past records of the college I was too interested in grabbing a seat in the department of anthropology which was my desired subject to take admission in

If you are opting for a cheap college with quality education then our college is just for you. The attitude of the faculty and the helpfulness of the Vice Chancellor also the principal is very impressive. All of the students take part in extra curricular activities but also serious towards their studies which makes our college the best college in north eastern states.

For admission, anyone who has passed his/her 10+2 in any stream can apply by going to the online admission portal(website) but at the time of mine, there was no such facility so We use to go college and apply directly by filling the form(paper-based).

Remarks:

Overall, I'd say college is very good. It is one of the finest colleges in the state. I came from elsewhere to study at this college and I don't regret my decision. I made many new friends and now I am used to the environment so it will be difficult for me to leave this place.

As far as I'm aware, it is the only college in the vicinity provides BSc in Anthropology. There are a few colleges providing graduation in Anthropology but they offer it from Arts stream.
