- there is 85 percent reservation through delhi quota so there is a delhi dominannt crowd and people from farther states may feel alone.
- teachers assume that the entire crowd lives in delhi and all the plans made according to this
Course Curriculum Overview
I am in 1st semister so course is on moderate side not too goog neither too bad.also getting a good teacher is jsut mere luck and not much dependent on university .But the peer group in the college is amazing
Internships Opportunities
the companies thatgenerally come for internship include google microsoft samsung sprinklr uber atlassian and there stipends vary from 60K to 2lacs per month,most of the come at the start of 3rd and the 4th year .but it may turn quite hard to get a good intern as the number of companies visiting for intern are not quite enough as per total number of students
Placement Experience
placements of the college are as good as NITS and if placed among the top NITS it would be somewhere placed in top 5 .this may speak all of how good the placements are of the college students can become for college placements after the 5th semester as they apply for ineternships many of them getting good PPOs students got placed in the FAANg companies as well and all the major recruiters visit the college and all the roles such as SDE,TESTING .many also prefer going for higher studies as well.i am plannign for placements only after Btech
Fees and Financial Aid
the campus jobs are going on a poor side due to recession.the fees is the college is almost simmilar as most good government colleges.the fees turns out to be high due to the factor the living expense in delhi is high
Campus Life
life at campus is quite chill.there are variety of competions and fests in college.the infrastructure is well enough as per the capcity of the college and there is contual development in the whole campus.there are many societies and clubs in the college but dont expect them to be that good as IITS as most of the students are day scholars and hence cant participate in clubs due to time shortage
Admission
admission was directly only on the basis of merit in JEE MAINS NTA SCORE .i had rank within the required cutoff which is generally near 10000 rank so got computer science in the college .application form can be found on JAC site and have take part separate ly in JAC COUNSELLING .improvement that can be seen in the counselling is by making a bit later as compared to JOSAA counselling
