ENTRANCE PREVIEW
AKTU entrance exam . On board merit basis . Yes there was interview process during admissions. I had chosen computer sciene couse because of my interest and also i knew that gl bajaj is veey good in computer science field and also placement of gl bajaj in computer science engineering is the highest.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Fees of institution is very high but somewhere it is worthy as studies and faculty is very good . It is around 1.5lkhs per annum and further if you need hostel facility then more you have to add on in it and that too yearly. So for a four year undergraduate course it is approx 6lkhs.
PLACEMENT WING
Placement is the most important fact of this institution. Gl bajaj provides acutally 98 percentage placement in b tech field and approx 100 percent placement of MBA. Many high ranked comapnies visit college for placement . Average package is also good.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
Hostel facility is good. Different buildings for junior and senior. All facilities are provided to students. Highly secured and well maintained
ALUMNI
Gl bajaj invests well on alumni meet . But it doesnot organize any official freshers as it starts studies with the very first day of year with very high pace. But otherwise it organises alumni meet and events very well.
FACULTY
Faculties are highly qualified many of them are into their PhD and they have an experience of 7-10 years of teaching. The lectures are very interactive one and intresting too, they share alot of their practical knowledge with students. The standard of teaching is good. Students are free to contact teachers anytime for doubt clearing.
CAMPUS LIFE
Gl bajaj focuses mostly on studies and technical field but it also works well on extracurricular activites like cultural events and sports. Most of the sports events of AKTU colleges are organised by gl bajaj and it invests best on sports. Also gl bajaj has differnet societies like technical society, cultural society, sports club etc.
EXAM STRUCTURE
Exam procedure of this institution is actually very good. Students have to pass three internals and get proper preparation time for exams. Students who score less marks have to face a make up or improvement exam and all . So overall procedure is very good.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
I had chosen CSE course. And its well going in this institute .labs are going on regular basis. Different labs such as digital logic design , computer organisation and architecture and data structure labs are very interesting and encourages practical knowledge very well. Gl bajaj also provides value added course related to CSE. Gl bajaj also offers research projects to students for developing practical and mental skills in technical field. All subjects of all the courses are very related with each other.
INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
Yes college helps in providing internship in 3rd year of Btech . Gl bajaj also helps in providing summer vacation internships etc.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Gl bajaj organises many events frequently week to week and all events include technical , cultural and sports fields. Technical events include coding event, error detection event in different programing languages, MCQs, cultural event includes dance ,drama , singing etc . All fests organised by the institute are at high level , high ranked celebrities are invited as guests. Institute invest very well in fests and events.
