Remarks

The 4 years of my engineering life was most memorable ones. This engineering life was made me a person whom i myself was not aware of. This 4 years have teached me how to stay with different mindset of people.

Course Curriculum Overview

There was many courses but i choose Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering because I was very keen to know about Telecommunications. The field i choose was very interesting. I know to learn more about how actually telecommunications takes place. The most interesting part was MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS which i found was interesting and very conceptually subjects.

Internships Opportunities

No. College does not provide any internship opportunities. We need to find internship and approach college so that we can get approval for doing the internship which we got. No stipend was provided.

Placement Experience

The training and placement cell in my college is very good and helpful. The major companies that visited the campus is TCS, WIPRO, IMARTICAUS, SOGO, TERADATA. The average package provided by these companies is 3.3 lakh.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees approximately was RS. 1,00,000. Out of this, development fees is the highest one which is 90,000. Then the others includes library fees, exam fees, students caution deposit money, etc. The student caution money is been refuned back to students after they complete their engineering but students need to apply for that money along with the L.C. Form, if required.

Fees and Financial Aid

College individual does not provide any scholarship but we receive minority scholarship from central government of India.

Exam Structure

The exam was very chilled. We do not face any difficulties in clearing those exams.

Faculty

4.5

I found that the faculty was very interactive and do their best so that each and everyone can get the concepts cleared. The faculty of Electronic and Telecommunications was very interactive and they help me in every form of studies and even on any personal issues.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.
