Life is good but education quality is bad

I will only say join sharda only if you want to live a good college life else if u want to study then better do not choose it. Sharda also provide good platform for sports but the education quality in the college is too poor.

I got admission in college on the basis of my marks. I was interested in computer so coose comuter science. They take test for show off only. At last you will get in. Test doesn't matter to them its just formality. At the end only money matters for the college.

Education quality in college in not up to the mark. Practical learning is least focused. No research initiative is taken. Teachers are not good enough to guide you on a project. As per me if you want to enjoy life then certainly its best and if you want to create something than its not at all your place. If companies who came to hire you; most of them are marketing type even for cs students. There is lack of core companies. Tech m and ibm came. But both have not given offer letters yet. I was hired in IBM but have not received the offer letter yet.

No. They just know how to earn money. They invited global logic for the program but its useless. They charge 12000 ruppe for the program but its not of any use. So better you go outside the campus.

Core company hardly comes. There are most of marketing company. College is only good for college life but not for placement. Only few companies come is 7 th sem. But hardly 2-3 company came in last semester. Overall 7-8 core company only comes. Tcs wont came and neither Infosys.

Many events are held in campus. Shardas chorus is famous in whole delhi ncr.

Its not affordable by middle class family. 152000 per year. And 110000 is hostel charge at our time. Even you have to pay the fees in the first semester only, even in summer vacation only. They give relaxation to 1st year student but thats like a bait. From second year you have to pay fees right after you finished your first year. And the fine is really High. Minimum fine be also more than 10000. I dont know exact figure but my friends use to pay fine around 14000 and likewise

Yes college do provide scholarship. No i didn't avail any scholarship. Yes many students read with the help of education loan.

Extracurricular activities are the only thing in which college is good at. Lots of event are held in colleg including sports.

Hostels are good. I was not residing in it. Though they are all types of rooms available. Good food quality too. Hostel life is really good you can opt for it. And there is no ragging.

I do have interaction with alumini but college do not provide any platform for students alumini.

Exams are frequent but they are of no use. There are barely lack of lab sessions

Few faculty is really got bur they are really few in numbers. Most of are assistant professor. And lot of professor are just learning themselves. When i was doing my project. My guide was asking to give my complete project to her. So that she can add on further in her cv. Lot of professor just read the slides.
