Remarks
College is good, if you want to stay in north india and have a great college life.CU is good for you.it has all the facilities and a good environment to study.Nearly all the major companies visit the campus.Major drawback is that it is not in chandigarh.so if you want to live the life of chandigarh, then you have to travel 1:30 hours to reach chandigarh.
Entrance Preview
You easily get admission on the basis of your 10+2 percentage.In Chandigarh university , you just have to fill an online form of fasttrack and you can pay the advance fees and then report to the college for seat allotment. you can stay in hostel if you want.
Course Curriculum Overview
For BCA, curriculum is good, faculty is good. everything will be from the basics.math is not there and can be removed from the curriculum, In the first semester, you will study about the c language, information technology and its services, communication skills, software engineering
Internships Opportunities
CU has collaborations with over 150 MOU. you can also go for SEP.semester exchange program abroad. If you are rich enough and can afford living in a foreign country for 6 months(one semester) , then you have the option.but for SEP, you must have good percentage in your subjects
Placement Experience
Placement is good for BCA, but i prefer B.Tech CSE because it has higher placement record than BCA. placement for bca is not that much good but for other branch, placement is quite good, companies like Facebook, google, Microsoft, wipro visit the campus and various placement drives take place
College Events
Events keep taking place in cu.from cu fest to aaghaaz, various stars visit the university for promotions
Fee Structure And Facilities
it's around 29500 per semester for BCA .If you go for hostel, you will have to pay around 78000 per year.this amount usually rises per year by 3000. Fee structure is very good and less if we compare it to any other university like that of LPU, galgotias.etc

Yes it provides scholarship for minorities as well as for the students who gained more than 85% in 10+2
Faculty
Faculty is nice and leaves no stone unturned in explaining the topics perfectly to the students..All the teachers are very friendly. if you have a doubt, you can easily reach them and ask them freely, whatever your query is.There are many foreign professors and some are from Punjab university.you get a good study environment
