What Students Say

Likes

I liked the college environment where it is situated
I liked the way of explaining of faculty, they are highly qualified.
I also like the club's and student council

Dislikes

There are a lot of assignments in the college.
Also the place where campus is situated is away from the modern noida
And the food is not good in college or near the college

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this curriculum because my brother is also from btech filed and I am good in physics and mathematics. The faculty to student ratio is 60/40 Faculty are highly qualified there are some teached who have done phd and other have masters degree in their field. Their teachings methods are very good. The exams are 2 times semester in a year and monthly session exams

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 115600 per year

Internships Opportunities

The compies like wipro, tcs and mhindra etc all provide intership from 15 to 20k stipend. The outcomes to clear this task is to perfect a particular coding language like c or c++ and to make project in them then you can easily qualify.

Placement Experience

3.5

From the 5th sem you are eligible for the placements. The companies visted are cognizant, Infosys, hcl, HCl tech, Mahindra and many more. The highest packege is 43lac and the average package is 5 to 6 lac The perfect of students getting placed is 80 percent. My plan is to go for pcu or clearly the engineering service exam

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees of my college is 1.15lac and their are two benefits one is FW category for the people who have income less than 2.5 lac they have to pay only 6k in a year also second is UP scholarship which provide 50 to 60k off. The college does not provide any campus job

Campus Life

The galgotia college itself is famous for its fest. There is unifest, freshers party, dandia night and many more. Also ted talk and other motivation talks goes on every month. The college has a seprate central library all the books and journals are provided. Our college has hostel and stationary. For sports our college has a separate club, and for every activity there is different clubs. Every club is run by student council.

Admission

The eligibility of course is to have minimum 70% in PCMin 10+2 then after that you are eligible for to take the admission. The college comes under aktu so the online portal of aktu is uptac you have to fill information and other means is direct admission. There are also reservation benefits and up scholarship. I think the college have to more focus on admission process day there is so rush and no management

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Mathematics)

Cant clear the cutoff

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More
