What Students Say

Likes

Campus is too good and everywhere green trees are planted.
Various types of food stall is there for students.
Large playground are there for playing and a large sports complex is there for sports students.

Dislikes

I don't like hostel mess food, even it is only veg.
Academic department don't informs students about all academic rules.
Social life of collage is not that much good.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

60% faculty are good but other 40% are not that much good in teaching. Some faculty just read slide thoroughly to complete syllabus. This is a bad thing. But some faculty are very experienced in teaching, they knows student's desires.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Many entrnship is available for students. They should be aligible for those particular entranships. Some of those are online and some of those are ofline. In ofline entranships student have to visit at mentioned place and they will get duty leaves to manage attendance.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement criteria is very good in btech cse and other techical courses. Students gets excellent placements from my collage. Highest package of our collage is 3.1 crores. Recently our collage gets 50laks package also.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is good according to new technology lab instruments and facilities for studying. Various books are also available in the library for reading free of cost. But some of the instruments are not in working conditions, which makes problems at the time of practical.

Campus Life

Campus life is great. There is everything inside the campus. A large sports Complex, 4 large playground, more than 70 food stall is situated inside the collage only. But in campus social life is average.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facility is excellent. There are 7-8 boy's and 8 girl's hostel inside the campus. But only hostel mess food is not good. Hostel also provides Ac and cooler both type of rooms. And there are various options for students to stay in hostel like, single seatter, two seatter, 3 seatre, 4 seatre, 5 seatter and dormatry also.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

My collage is excellent from everything. Infrastructure is just amazing. I just love my collage. But some of the things, which I don't like are, hostel mess food and not giving anough information to late admission students about academic rules. I wish my collage will take care of that side also.

Great infrastructure, old skool type buildings , big auditoriums, fully ac library.
Well reputed university, known all over the world for its achievements

Dislikes

Hostel conditions worst one never seen anything dirty like this
Girls hostel time upto 7 pm only in winters which should be near 9 pm, which is too early , they felt like a prison.

Placement Experience:

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.

Likes

the theory and practical study is considered best as its comes under the best universities of asia . the academic system is inspired from the foreign studies system.
well the interaction with the faculty is good. As all the faculty treat us as their children. the college infrastructure is good.
well weekly advisory meeting are conducted which help in improving the overall academic performance and if we are feeling any problem we would share it with our advisor. As the class becomes yours family with the passage of time.

Dislikes

few faculty works just come to time pass as they don’t know the complete knowledge about the college courses timing, adding or droping date, not supporting the student academic wise.
proper examination rules and checking should be done to avoid further mistakes done by students
there should be proper parking facilities available. poor at maintenance of washrooms.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we konw horticulture & forestry are the two fields which generates more income compare to other agriculture activities. As time to time workshops are conducted related to trending topics in the every university.( skill development, Cv prepration etcs. since i am also the 3rd year student well university provides/ feels different vibe when other people just speak achievements of your university. the improvement in curriculum should be done on the basis of requirements of students.

I choosed this university over other universities lpu is affordable and other private universities like vit,srm where i faced high competition and rigid seat allocation. Additionaly the sheer vol of students taking admissions so such a massive batch size for resources and individual attention can be stressful compared to smaller, state label collages....Read More
