Likes

It was a wonderful and peaceful campus .lots of trees and birds..good infrastructure.
Best staffs and faculties..they were very friendly i still have their contacts
Hostel facilities were good. Canteen food were amazing.the library has its own atmosphere very peaceful atmosphere

Dislikes

They will maintain a strict uniform regime..that too for the well-being of students
There is no collge bus if it is there very helpful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had huge interest in learning English as it is globally concerned language. Student and faculty ratio has been well managed till date..individual guidance also given to students by the staffs.all the staffs are well renowned scholars.term exams conducted on time..it was very easy to crack because the way of staffs teaching

Internships Opportunities

Internship were given to various companies like telemarketing and well established schools.many projects and assignments were done on regular basis is.. in my case I had privilege to intern with The Hindu newspaper.

Placement Experience

From 4th semester onwards students eligible for placement. Companies like roots ,telecalling Companies visited. Highest package would be 4L per annum.students getting 70 percentage can opt for placements .there is a separate placement cell is running inside the college..we can approach them any time

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee was very reasonable..students from different financial backgrounds can opt for this college. I got some scholarship for my books.one of my friends who were below the category of financial status was given with full course for free ..it was wonderful that she studied entire course for free by getting the scholarship.

Campus Life

The cultural day is an annual function where everyone of us gets an opportunity to showcase our talents..and also department fest like litwit also so popular among this college. One of the best fest was pongal festival where all of us join together and enjoy the harvest festival of tamilnadu. One of the best thing about this college is a well organised library..I love it personally. Got all the essential amenities in my class.sports day would be conducted every now and then..we had many literary groups.and I was a member of national service scheme.

Admission

The admission process was very nice..had privilege to meet all the staffs of the English department they guided all the procedures and fees structure etc. eligibility of the course would be 12th marks and interest in learning English literature. Starting ug life

My collage full of nature covered, birds sound in after 6.00 pm I loved it. And college is like greenish and opposite site there is thindal murugan kovill this is so good
Fancy store and canteen also have in our college. Big sports ground also have in our college, hand ball was so good in our college we also celebrated 50th year celebration of college
Pongal celebration are celebrated highly like columbus and many games are there in pongal celebration in inside our college we are celebrated happily. Food also provided in our college

Dislikes

I didn't like that our staff keep test in lunch hours also . They strictly maintain the class always test , seminars
No western dress wear in our department I didn't like that chudi and pant full covered shall we want to wear in our college
No free hours given . Home work like scholl . I fill I am going to school

Course Curriculum Overview:

Surroundings are good. Exam timing 3 hours . And normal internal test is about one hour maximum one and half hour. Test are strictly maintain. Teaching in tamil can understand by students I think so . And ppt method need more in class . Staff to teach all the lessons and students sometimes take one part of lesson

College environment was very neat and clean always.
The birds they kept at the front side campus were so pleasant and calm
Campus was large in size and comfortable

Dislikes

College management is very strict in handling students
College management allot less money as prize money for academic winners
Students should get pass even for 2 minutes late entry

Course Curriculum Overview:

The department of English not only offers good education but also so many values to lead our life. Faculties were so friendly in clearing students' doubts. There was personality development course to improve students' personality. Students had to choose any other subjects other than they are studying for sbi course. Due to this students learn about other subjects too.

The rigour of the course is very intense. The syllabus which is followed here is intense and rigorous. Its unique compared to the syllabus offered in other colleges of India.
Staff lore is very good in MSE. Most of the staffs encourage doubts and are also willing to have conversations with you. Faculties are knowledgeable and they know there stuff very well. They take much interests if you reach out to them through mail.
They provide a lot of guest lectures which gives us a lot of exposure and we get to know how economics works in the real life policy making sectors.

Dislikes

Theres no opportunities for sports and extra curricular activities. They don’t conduct any events rather it is done by putting our own money and by the efforts of the students only.
The campus is very small, and there are no proper areas for sports etc and also the canteen is very bad. It is super minimal.
If you want social life then this college is not the place, only the studious one survive here. Well you can still make friends here but then the college ‘itself’ does not provide any social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.

The fees structure of the college is little high
They do not provide any study material to prepare ourself for semester exams
They do not take us for a long trip to make our mind feel fresh

I have applied for many institutions like snr,ngp etc. The admission process in this college is very good and simple than comparing to others.Ill prefer this college when it is Biotechnology, because the freedom to working in the laboratory and accessing the availabilities are very good and its the best to learn ....Read More
