I had given CET( common entrance exam)punjab. My rank was 806. I had opted for electronic and communication.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have done B.tech in electronics and communication, course was very good, i had given option to select elective select. I had gone for neurologic subject,it was good. You can go for this course.
Internships Opportunities
It was good,college training and placement cell helped out lot of students for 6 month internship,few excellent students had given stipend during this period.
Placement Experience
Most of students were placed in terms of percentage it comes about 75 to 80 percent. Tata consultancy services, mahindra subsidiaries, satyam, cognizant, indian armed forces have come to college and package offered at that time was 3-5 lacks.
College Events
College is known for its cultural events. Every year there is tech fest was organized by students and lot of companies including local companies had sponsored the events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure was feasible there was lot of schemes available for poor students, welfare schemes helped a lot including college committee had given fee concessions to many students under various schemes.

There are number of schemes available you just go to college academic cell, they will you out. Sgpc is also sponsoring poor students.
Campus Life
College campus life is very pleasant and it helps you to grow your personality. College is known for sports activities. It is famous for hockey, basketball, weight lifting. There are various cultural committee helps you to learn regional dance.
Hostel Facilities
College had sufficient number of rooms available for students. There is no problem in getting hostel seat.
Alumni/Alumna
It is always good to interact with alumni as i mentioned earlier it is one of oldest college of india. It's alumnus had spread all over the world and you just have to open your mouth to tell your college name, rest will be taken care by them.
Exam Structure
Exams were conducted in a smooth manner. Monthly exam was conducted thrice in a semester.Labs and other activities fill your day with excitement.
Faculty
Faculty of guru nanak dev engineering college was very good most of them are alumni of same college so they helped to maintain college education standards.
