Remarks

The college is overall a dream come true for an engineer because it has all the amenities that a true student would need like workplaces, library rooms.

Entrance Preview

I gave the MH_CET exam for engineering and scored well enough mass to pass the cut off of the college. It was my dream college and I got selected through the institutional seats. There were two cap rounds first I got biomedical and then electronics.I loved the branch so chose to take the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Electronics is a very good course for me because I always wanted to do a hardware subject than a software as I don't like coding much. And the teachers made it more interesting with the practical sessions. The subjects in the course include Electronic devices,Circuit theory, Digital circuit design, Microprocessors, etc

Internships Opportunities

College do not provide internships. We can apply for internship outside the college. And it is a great learning experience.

Placement Experience

Companies like TCS, Infosys, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, etc come to our college and give an average package of 3.5-4 lakhs. We can choose between any number of companies. And the the placement cell sends us regular updates about the placement procedures.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was not affordable as the range was 1,36000_1,50000.But the amenities given were good. And so my family didn't mind sending me to that college even if it was far from my place.

Exam Structure

Sometimes I would be very tired as I travel a long journey,so it would make me less interested in the curriculum. But at other times they were good.

Faculty

4.5

Like I said in the introduction the college has one of the best staff,as they are highly qualified in each of their subjects and give their heart to the subject while teaching us.No doubt is left unattended by them and they are very punctual.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Living and Learning at IIT Bombay: My Review

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.
