Course Curriculum Overview

It's amazing to have the course HR(human resource management) it is very useful for who wanna enter into it companies and it sectors.this Course is very good for me.in this course having more programs and projects these all for the student knowledge improvement. This management provides all program for the courses

Internships Opportunities

I don't know because I am fresher.I think the institution have the internship for the students because that was the an important thing that b schools especially provided to students in this student's exactly take the internship from the college compulsory

College Events

In gems b school first started With the freshers party. And they celebrate very well . In this college, the celebrations are very special students are waiting with excitement for the events Festivals and celebrations. Yes there are cultural activities and festivals will be in good process students all participates in it and they enjoy lot.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is 4.5 lakh per 2 years main course this is the big amount but if they want all the benefits of having gems b school them they have to pay the whole fee. in that while far they can provide some things like tab ,college bag,t shirt, and uniform.

I think there is a scholarship facility and that was the merit based scholarship .this will usefull to students.

Campus Life

Everything is excellent because they provided lens,workshops And every thing will be available at college .their is no any complaint against this game b school management. Student have to manage everything because they have to take care about their studies

Senior students are very helpfull to use.they help in every thing like in projects any Events participating in freshers.

Exam Structure

It's quite good because weekly once will be conducted examination in the tab.even the tab was provided by the management and we will write Examination in it and this process is very happy learning to the learners .this is the process and students never be tense about the examinations

Admission

From management and they explained very thing about the college and then we move for the admission process .in this college giving more nmbenifits to students like full time mba and along with full time job .well at the final year we get 2 years jobexperience and also out full time mba in our hand

Faculty

Very good , that can solve all the problems and students will discuss with lecturers to get more information from them and they are very friendly with students because if they are friendly with students ,students will ask their doubts and they will rectify their doubts.

I like the faculty members of GIBS. They are very supportive
I liked the IRE, BMP and CPMP program. It is totally industry focused programs
I loved placement department of my college

Placement Experience:

After completing 4th trimester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Flipkart, Mahindra Finance, Axis Bank, Nykaa, OYO, TCS etc come for placements. The highest package offered for the BATCH 2024-26 was 20 LPA and average package is 8.2 LPA. Almost 90-95 % of the total students are getting placed every year.

A great learning experience in GIBS business school

Likes

There Is CPMP sessions which help me build my skills
IRE session are there which encourages students for startup idead
BMP is also great platform for the practical impliment of how to run business

Dislikes

Bangalore Traffic takes time to reach there
collage timings are not same all the days due to some events after class time
Everything like classes and events everything goes simultanously

Placement Experience:

from 5th trimister students are elegible for the campus placements and the average package is 8.5LPA and minimum is 6.5LPA and the highest package is 20LPA companies that visit campus for recruitment are nykaa, mahendra finance , wildcraft etc mostly 100% of the students are gettig placed

Great blend of academics and real industry exposure.

Likes

Faculty is genuinely supportive and always ready to clear doubts, even outside class hours.
Programs like CPMP, IRE, and BMP add real practical value beyond regular textbook learnings.
Campus life is lively with fests, guest sessions and clubs, making it easy to stay engaged.

Dislikes

As a dayscholar, commute during peak traffic hours in Bangalore can get a bit tiring at times.

Placement Experience:

Since we are going into our 2nd year, our batch hasn't been through campus placement yet. Based on previous batch records, though, students are typically eligible for placements from the 4th trimester onwards, once internships are completed. GIBS had a strong track record, with over 200+ companies visiting campus, including names like Amazon, Accenture, Wipro, Mahindra Finance, etc. The highest package offered was around 20 LPA, and average package was around 8.3 LPA

My Campus Life.

Likes

It is very simple to find out collages . Thier website is very easy to use.
The campus life was very good i had done fun while i was in campus i have done many social interaction in campus i have done social work, fun and many otherthing.
The Excellent Faculity's Expertise. Teaching Method was very good and I get excellent mentorship quality.

Dislikes

I dont like the leave process of the university
and i dont like thier charging for low atteendence

Course Curriculum Overview:

The special Aspect was to do relevant things in curriculum that i influenced my decision to choose this course. They have preperes us in good manner for real world for compettions as well. The areas they have to improve is on industial visit shound done every 2 month not in 1 year. The teaching Method should be more didital. The Frequency and Timing of exam at 12pm noon . The ecam level is less difificult if you study.

I like the way of teachers teaching the subject
I like the infrastructure in my college and it will be so peaceful for reading the exams reading subjects
I like my academics and extra curriculum activities in my college

Dislikes

I didn't like the management because they have extra amount for revaluation exams
I dislike my college because they didn't organise any facts because they organise it we early once
I didn't like the classes it's felt like kindergarten

Adakara prepare for a real word applications is very interesting because they have shown some industrial drips like that and take our classes to some industry is two think of real world how in real world the problems will like that there organising some events workshops or knowledge

B-School of great choice in Bangalore

Likes

The college is usually focused on creating a transformative experience for the students. The students here get exposed to practical knowledge more than just theoretical knowledge in classes.
All the subjects include projects which is mandatory which makes the students to get real time experiences outside the college by meeting people outside college.
The students also get to work on a tight schedule throughout their MBA which is a great thing, there will always be something to keep us occupied like events, competitions and sessions which gives real world exposure to students

Dislikes

The college is strict in most of the aspects as they maintain high discipline all the time
Hostel closing time is at 9PM, so it's more restriction on students to go out and order food

Placement Experience:

The placements are good. The college has totally 6 semesters and after the 4th semester the students are eligible to attend the placements. The students need a minimum of 4.8/8.00 CGGA to sit in the placements The companies which visit here are - EY, KPMG, Mindsprint, Lowe's, Accenture, Tata Power, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Sabre, Oxane, Well's Fargo. The highest package was from Lowe's and the package was 23.7 LPA and the role was Product manager, it was offered for people from engineering background and with 2 years of experience. The average package here is 10.5LPA and most of the companies come for this range. The percentage of students getting placed is close to 95% as some of them don't clear the eligibility and some don't get placement event with good CGPA. Plans after getting degree is to join work and continue to learn

Likes

Faculty: The faculty has a good practical and real life knowledge. Which helps in leaning industry standard skills.
Opportunity: College provides good opportunity and exposure for perfect growth of student.

Dislikes

Campus: The campus of college is not very big, which limits students in organizing bigger occasion.

Placement Experience:

College provides a proper assistance for placements, all students gets placed, exception of 2-3 students are there, placements starts for summer internship one two months after entering the college, the procee is on till maximum of students gets placed. In and arround 50-80 companies visit campus for hiring and offers is made to every possible students eligible. Highest package stands at 18 lakhs and is between 10 to 11 lakhs. Nearly every students gets placed, exception of 2-3 students are there. Ambition and aspiration in my views changes as time proceeds, so I believe in short term goal making, though my plans post degree is to get placed in an MNC to kickstart my career from good position, where learning graph is very high.

IIM B has a record of 100 per cent placements both during summer internship placements and final placements. Other than these two there are also lateral placements. Summer internship placements happen in the second semester, and laterals and finals happen in the sixth semester.

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.

It's a work and study prog which is the advantage of this program. Gems B school is the only college in the country which has a different concept (work-study-work) to study management.
