Course Curriculum Overview
I am good at coding and i have a great interest on development that's the reason why i opt for this course. It helps in creating real world projects As for improvements from next onwards new sub courses of CSE are to be lauched like cse and ai, cse and ml etc The teaching method are good and smart board is used in class. The difficulty level of exams are quite difficult and effective and the exams are very effective. As there is always test taken in every period of topics taught in previous classes. Which helps a lot
Fees and Financial Aid
I think it is obvious for increasing of course fees as they are providing new sub courses on particular topics. Complete cost of my education is:-Rs 143000 per year including hostel and course fees Where course fee is 90000 and hostel fee is 53000 for 1 year And fir exam registration it is Rs 2800 per semester You will be getting scholarship from Odisha scholarship portal of Rs 20000 for OBC with eoc certificate and roughly around Rs 70000 for ST/SC . This year many companies has visited few of them are bournetech, mahindra, apache and they have also selected many students from our college.
Campus Life
Annual festivals like vasantika happens each year and DJ nights are also done and all festivals like saraswati puja, ganesh puja are celebrated in hostel. Tech festivals like techfest happens in the month of september. You can find a quite quality range of books in our college library which helps in android development, web development, AI, ML etc. Very good facilities are provided in classroom like topics are taught on smart board and projecters are used for explanation. Basketball, volleyball, badminton, cricket, tennis, football, swimming are there for extracurricular activities Gym is there for both boys and girls. Social groups like dance group, song group, debat groups, coding club, drama club and many more are present. This all groups creates a positive impact in your life specially during placements.
Hostel Facilities
Table, chair, and a bed will be provided with 24/7 electricity.Internet will be provided 24/7. With other facility like lights and fan. Meal quality is quite good Breakfast: idi, dahi bara, bara, dal bara, upma, puri, chowmein etc and with that you will get coconut chutney, sambar, matar curry etc Lunch: rice, dal on Wed, fri, sat, sun nonveeg items like fish curry, chiken curry, chilli chicken, egg curry etc and on regular basis items like mixveg, dahi bundi, cauliflower curry etc Dinner: chapati, dal, rice,veg and nonveg tadka, dal fry etc The hostel fees are quite affordable. The registration process is very simple and it will be done by management on your addmission time. The rooms will be provided on the day of the addmission. I am staying in hostel and it is quite good.
Admission
You must complete your class 10 and class 12 and you must have applied for jee exam. You can find the application form ,application fees and dates of driems university from driems website and by contacting to the management of driems university. You can find the contact number from driems website. State scholarship portal and national scholarship portal will be provided to reservation students. The pattern for exam is after 6 months for 1semester and their will be 2 internals before each semester of each after 2 months of duration and the questions are not that difficult buy very effective. You need to focus on academic studies for better performance.
