Likes

Cricket stadium is very big and domestic matches are conducted
There's so many grounds for outdoor games and indoor games
24*7 available of electricity and free WiFi

Dislikes

Wifi Network strength, mobile network is very poor inside campus
Food quality is poor, sometimes food is finished before the timing.
Long distance from hostel to department, there is no travelling facility provided for hostel students.

I have a huge intrest on electricals components.so i choose this course in DRIEMS.college provides so many projects ideas.there is a seminar in every Saturday of a week.the college should take more new components to electronic lab.the frequency of exams is 5 month

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement.the placement comes throughout the final years. The visited company's are TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. the maximum package is 4.5LPA. 25-30 % student gate placed in oncampus.After getting the degree I will prepare gate exam and go for ISRO

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of college is changed over years.for 2021 academic year,the course fee was 90000 and hostel fees was 53000.now a days the fees is increased after University certified.the exam registration fees is 2800.the back paper registration fees is 1000.the name of scholarship is Odisha State scholarship.the amount is 20,000

Campus Life

The name of festival is Vasantika for every BTech students. The Vasantika is held in February-March in every year.College provides good meals on birthday of college's chairman and his family members.In classroom projectors are integrated

Hostel Facilities

4 bed,2 fans, 4 desk, 4 charging board, 2 godrej, 4 chairs are provided in each room.the hostel is divided into 4 blocks.it is of four floors also. There is a hostel warden in each floor. Security guard is also infront of hostel gate.Meal quality is not better. The menu is Sunday, Wednesday - Chicken. Friday, Saturday - Fish and Egg Curry

Hostel Fee: INR 53000 per year

Admission

You have to appear JEE main exams to eligible in this course.the minimum 50% of marks is required in both 10th and 12th exam in order to get admission in this course.the application forms are available in college website.the frequency of exams is 5 months

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

The excellent university of odisha

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

First reason was that it was cheaper in fee as compared to other colleges at that time but now they have increased the fee also later stage I realised that I did mistake choosing this college over the available options like silicon institute of technology,cv Raman University and SOA around similar fee structure with better facilities and placement stats. If you want to make your career bright so come here

Actually I also applied for Iter Bbsr . But due to some family reason I can't take admission in it . Then after I see that, Driems facilities is also good. And no other college than compared within these fees structure and high facilities . No , I didn't get any rejection from any college, I didn't go there , due to some financial issues..
