Campus has well facilities and mostly i like the environment
Faculties are the best faculties and i can't say i dislike that
Placements are far better....mostly the minimum pakage start from 30000/-

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course because in future if any problem occurs or i can't get a placement then by my own knowledge developed by this course helps me to built my career The timing between exams is 6 months

Internships Opportunities

The opportunity of internship are the best Stipend is 20000 We get projects in after 2nd semester....the best about internship is it was very easy and we got a permanent solution for campus and off campus also

Placement Experience

6th semester students become eligible for campus placements Make in india, Microsoft ,google etc..are the companies The highest paid companies pay approx 7 to 8 lakhs And the minimum pakage is 30k to 40 k My plans after degree is to study m.tech

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no increase on tution fees,the tution is very regular i like it the must The complete fost of my 4 year's is 1200000 and other charges are 14000 Mostly i am in my 2nd year so i am preparing for campus

Campus Life

Holi,diwali, saraswati puja, Ganesh puja, makar sankranti, basantika ,abantika, chalantika ,kartik purnima etc There are many kinds of books available in our library......such as biological,based on programming ...etc There are cricket ground,foot ball ground, swiming pool etc....are there for sports

Hostel Facilities

There are four study tables ,four beds, three lights,two fans,and two lockers The meal quality is avarage and menu is simple We have 4 times non veg in our hostel We have to pay the hostel fees in the admission cell and we got a recipient we have to show that to hostel warden then we can enter in hostel

Hostel Fee: INR 55000 per year

Admission

We have to deposit the fees in admission cell The minimum eligibility is securing 70 percentage in 12th board The gap between exam is 6 months There are many students in kota Personaly i like the admission process

Likes

The environment of KIIT is best for student as their are students from all over India you learn many things other than just your course.
The college life for the students at KIIT is awesome as the architecture of the university is designed for students to explore every possible thing required by any student.
The fest of KIIT is just best the students enjoy those days the most.

Dislikes

As for me their are no flaws that I can say I dislike in KIIT.

Placement Experience:

The placement was quite good. The one who is disciplined and willing to get placed and surely get placed and the total average was around six LPA and the highest package was 53 LPA, which was offered by the atlassian

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

Teaching style of faculty is excellent and related to practical based
Infrastructure of collage is just excellent and view is stunning
The playground facility is excellent and love to play different games

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem of completion eligible to sit in placement called by campus placement in university. Companies like accenture, techmahindra,tech bee,and wipro comes for hiring. Highest package till now is 29 lpa and lowest is 1.5 lpa. Average package is 5lpa. Mostly 80 percentage of students getting placement from campus drive. My plan after getting degree is getting job from campus drive.

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

First reason was that it was cheaper in fee as compared to other colleges at that time but now they have increased the fee also later stage I realised that I did mistake choosing this college over the available options like silicon institute of technology,cv Raman University and SOA around similar fee structure with better facilities and placement stats. Actually I also applied for Iter Bbsr . But due to some family reason I can't take admission in it . Then after I see that, Driems facilities is also good. And no other college than compared within these fees structure and high facilities . No , I didn't get any rejection from any college, I didn't go there , due to some financial issues..
