Mess food is sometimes average and poor in hostel depends on hostel to hostel
It is a remote location so you have to go Jammu or katra for even small work
Nearby shops are generally expensive as it is located in mountains

Course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is relatively good it consist modern syllabus it have some core subjects for electronics and communication engineering which is very useful in practical life University conducts 3 exams and 1 practical exam and viva in this there is 1 minor exam of 20 marks 2nd minor exam of 20 marks and 50 marks for major exams and rest 10 marks are given by teachers they can take mcq give assignment etc.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 141240 per year

Zscalar , orange buisness services , cognizant , Infosys , wipro , ibm , hdfc bank visits to this college there are various companies and roles offered as internship some of them also provide stipends.

In 7th semester student become eligible for placement. The companies visited are L &T for civil which is big company and select many students, jsw for mechanical and increff , paypal , microsoft, visa ,make my trip for IT and CSE

My best college

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in 8th semester. Companies like L&T construction, Ambuja cement, tata , wipro, jio , Berger, infosys, IBM and many more visit the college. Highest package is around 17 LPA and average package is around 5 LPA . Almost 30 percent students get placement. My plan is to get off campus placement.

If the student has any backlog in any of the semester they can't sit in the college placement and also it has minimum criteria of 6.5 cgpa. Review about Shri mata vaishni devi university

Remarks:

The university is situated in the Trikuta foothills and is 80 km away from the main Jammu city so one has to bear that because everything is not available sometimes. Electricity is 24×7 and the weather is awesome.

Remarks:

Little partiality with some students and once teachers find u little mis behaving, They start hating u And give u good marks, Not a good infrastructure and not a good campus view. Very much constrution needed. And very less courses Offered.

I have applied in many colleges and I also get seat in them but the only reason I use assembly because the college is close from my home. Just because of travelling purposes I choose this college. The admission process in our college is not very difficult. The only way to get admission in the college by csab counselling and by college internal counselling.The cut off of the branch is 60 percentile for general students.
