Campus is beautiful and not such any restrictions.
Different clubs provided scope in many fields.

Dislikes

College hostel is not good as expected..
Library space is quiet conjusted and noisy.
Lunch hour for 2nd year students is quiet late.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum of this course is based on technology. We know technology will grow much and much more in future times. Taking admission in Btech in this college will acknowledge your technical field. Engineering obviously has a great real applications.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 115603 per year

Internships Opportunities

We can apply for internships from 3rd year onwards. Companis like Cognizent gives internships for students. Roles offered can be like assistant manager for any post. On campus internships are little bit harder.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is good but not the best. Its average package is 5-6 Lakh Per Annum. From 7th semester, students are elligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, Cognizent, Wipro visited college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees is 115000 Lakhs per year and it is one time payable. This fees exludes AKTU exam fees which is 7500 per year. Students also get scholarship from UP Governement which amount varies from category to category.

Campus Life

Q Mine overall experience is good till now with this college. College includes different clubs which focus on many fiels. College also organizes UNIFEST every year. Availabilty of books is easier in the college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities is also good. It has 2,3,4 seaters room. The quality of meal is not as good as expected by students, but yaa its average. Room for rent or PG can be available nearby college. PGs can be cheaper than college hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 145000 per year

Admission

The Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow. It took admission on JEE CRL and also through management quota. I had took admission through AKTU councelling. Reservation benefits can be seen in councelling. College conducts 2 CAEs in a Semester. Greater Noida area is good fortaking admission in Btech.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More

I have also applied for JIIT Noida, but couldn't able to get CSE branch. However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well.
