Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because ECE always have scope and its like a bridge between software and hardware. Our curriculum includes lot of topics which helps to solve real world applications but the suggession for VTU is in our curriculum the topics ate out dated and they are not so useful for solving present market problems . Timing of exam is very less we need more time for preparation and difficulty level is also high
Internships Opportunities
There are several internship opportunities avilable in our college For 3td year students C++,Java,VLSI,HTML are available and for 4th year students advanced courses are available But lot of students do internship outside college
Placement Experience
After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements Campus placement in our college is not so good in our college Average package is about 4LPA Highest package is 8LPA Percentage of student getting placement is very low after getting degree we have to take another relevent course to get good package
Fees and Financial Aid
In first year i had paid ?51000 as college fees but in second year it hiked by ?2000. Complete cost of my education per year is : College fees ?53000 Hostel fees ?50000 Exam fees ?3400 Other ?5000 On VTU I can apply for SSP and NSP as scholarship But still i didn't got ssp scholarship of amount 10000 and this year the application data of NSPscholarship still not opened
Campus Life
In our college till now technical festivals not held Our library have lot of books range of 10000 and it includes some journals also Classrooms are very neat and includes projectors Management gives so much opportunity for sports and extracurricular activities like training and placement programs are done
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees for 1 year is ?50000 3 students are allotted for 1 room and for 1 student 1 table and chair, 1 bed is given Meal quality is not so good and menu is chapati,1 sabzi ,curd , rice and sambar,pickle
Admission
I got admission in VTU through KCET Exam. In KCET i got 40000 rank. In option entry i got Bahubali College of Engineering.In reservation was eligible for kannada medium kota and OBC kota. For getting admission a student must pass with 60% marks in puc. For first year we have to pay the college fees directly to the KCET and further years we pay fees to the college. For theory exams we get at least 2 days gap between each exam and taking about the difficulty level it is tough.Suggessions in admission process ares: The tolal admission process of KCET is very lengthy and its complicated also
